I got my hair cut with Jillian a few times. She did an excellent job every time. Please tip these hardworking stylists well for their time and care to your hair.

My child is autistic. Waiting was the hardest. Thank God for Fry's at Jack in the box which was walking distance. Sophia was very good with my boy. She did a great haircut, especially for a boy that was terrified and couldn't sit still. I will be requesting Sophia for him again.

Even though it is cheaper compared to other saloon, but the quality is very poor. I have visited almost 10 times. Not even once the stylist listens to the requirements even when style pics are shown. Nothing is better other than price.

I’ve had ONE good stylist here. She’s not there often. But tell me why I walked in there just now, waited over 15 min when the wait said 2 min and there was only one of three people cutting hair. One was still working (sweeping and cleaning), one was giving a cut, but as I was sitting waiting for my haircut, I looked up to see the last stylist standing around laughing and chatting about, as if there were not guests waiting. I work late and this was my lunch break. Pissed to have my time wasted. Could’ve gone to a shop that will actually get me in the chair by the time I was promised. I walked out with messy hair still. Won’t be coming back. Too many times I’ve been disappointed.

Near our home , I wish the stylists would stay there at rhe same salons.I find one that I like and six weeks later a whiole new team is there and if you ask a team member if they know this person, the answer (95%) is no, sorry, they never heard the name and search begins again! You have to ask the stylists before they cut, "How long have you been cutting hair?" The. It's in your hands to decide or ask to see their state license, that will have the date issused.

Put my name in online, it said there was a 30 min wait. No problem. Showed up on time and sat around for another 40 minutes. People that walked in without an appointment were sat before me. Terrible customer service.

Very bad experience- I went there today (4/13) I told her what exactly I don’t like getting and at the end I was trying to have a conversation and explain what she can do so that I like it and she was refusing to listen to me and was replying very rude..
Now I am not satisfied with my hair cut and I feel very bad to roam in this hair cut.
Going to this place from a year but very bad experience I had this time
