I went to this nail place was great until it wasn't we paid $230 dollars for simple manis and pedis on friday 07/05/24 we got gel and my 4 year olds nails are already peeling off Its barely Sunday!!! Mind you we told them we're just in a car accident...its obvious they did not care!!!!I'm very disatisfied with the price we didn't even get acrylics done my girls just got their nails painted with gel they didn't get manicures or pedicures we were over charged judged because they were expecting a tip after they over charged us they tipped themselves I'm mind blown I do not recommend this place... I give no stars the only reason why I'm giving them one is just to post my experience in this nail shop and a reminder to never go back there!

I opted for the mani-pedi foot spa. The tech was very skilled and very thorough. She asked me if the water was ok (it was) and was very efficient. Part of the treatment is hot towels and hot socks on your calves and feet. Very relaxing. The only downside was they don't accept credit cards so I used what cash that was left in my wallet ($80 on a $73 bill) so could not leave my usual tip. I called ahead to see if they could accept walk ins.

I have been getting acrylic nails for about 30 years and I have never experienced such horrible customer service. The quality of their work is extremely poor and they do not take responsibility to fix their mess. My nails chipped within a couple of hours of getting them done and instead of trying to come up with a solution to fix them, they blamed the previous salon where I got them done before. They suggested for me to get a brand new set and offered a very generous 10% off! I had just paid them $45 for a fill two days before plus a $10 tip. Had they mentioned it or recommended a new set at that moment, I would have done it, but no suggestion was made. Very sadly, they treated me as if I was doing something wrong or as if I was trying to scam them! They started to speak amongst themselves about me in front of other customers. It was very uncomfortable! They belittled me in front of three other customers who were checking out. I was not trying to get anything for free! I am so sad and disappointed with this horrible experience. I regularly go get my nails done and a pedicure as a form of self care for my mental and physical health however, this experience was extremely heart breaking. The woman that was trying to help me raised her voice at me in front of other customers and employees, and on my way out, she had the audacity to tell me to get out and sarcastically said aloud (in front of customers and other employees) “good luck honey!” Another male employee escorted me out to the front door, held it open and told me to leave as if I was a criminal! I don’t recommend this place at all!!! If I could give it less than one star, I would. I will never go back!

Amazing salon! Lynn is so so so good at what she does! She's quick, super sweet, and an amazing artist! 10/10 would recommend this salon!!

I am literally obsessed. I am so happy I stumbled upon this nail salon. I called in first and ask if they can take me the same day, once they said yes, I drove there and they sat me down immediately! The nail salon itself isn't the the most aesthetically pleasing but their hard work is!! I paid more than what i intended to but I'm so happy with the result I don't even care. This white and pink dip nail powder set was $65 plus tip. Everyone was so friendly and it seem like the other guests in the nail salon were all regulars which is a great first impression. I will definitely be back.

They were so nice and accommodating to me being a walk in. The service was so quick and they did an incredible job. The man that did my set was always checking to make sure I liked the shape and color which was so sweet. 10/10 will be back

Nails turned out good but I called earlier and asked how much a full set with a French tip is and the gentleman said $55 and after the lady tried charging me $70 ?? I ended up saying yes to $65 but just frustrating they change the prices.

Came for a pedicure, was a little late but they still let me come in before closing. Quality was excellent even with me being there close to closing didn't feel rushed at all! Two weeks later and my nail polish is still on. 10/10(: will be returning

I have tried a lot of nail salons for gel and dip nails. Dip is an art and getting a thin natural dip is even more so. My nails have never looked better and I get compliments all the time. They listen and no matter what photo I bring to duplicate, they always do! Pretty sure I can’t trust anyone else now!

I used to come here a lot and had to stop for a while. I decided to come in after a year. I must say I was very disappointed. My pedicure was okay but not what I paid for. Then my gel manicure was so bad and uneven like acrylic. I let the shop know and the owner said I could come back, but an hour later the person who did my nails text me to let me know that it was normal and if I didn’t like them then I should peel it off. I told him I was going to come back and he said I should if I was going to be unhappy. That made me feel so uncomfortable that I let them know I would not be coming back and she basically said she refuse to refund anymore. Do not go here unless you want to be charged $80 for everything to peel or chip a week later. I must say a week later my gel manicure peel in the shower. I have never had that happen before. I will never come here ever again.
