Fry's is now selling Hot Wheels for $1. This store usually has everything needed. Offers self checkout.

Went for a stop at a different Frys store (Tempe McClintock/baseline ). Oh my, I was super disappointed. Only two check out folks and a limited parking lot. Did not have what I was looking for from ad ~~shelf empty and no one wanted to help out.

This review is solely based on Fry's grocery pick up service. After months of letting my husband grocery shop during COVID, I'd had enough. I felt exposure was too great. I finally decided to shop online at Frys and do pick up. I've used both the app and online versions. I was wowed! Super easy to order by category, or enter what you need in the find search bar. I was done with weekly shopping in 20 minutes. Pay and select pick up day and time. I recommend entering before pick up day so you have better choice of times. I've found weekend pick up slots can be slim. You'll get several reminders via email about your order. If you need to change something you have plenty of time to do so. Once noticed your order is complete, click on the option that says you're on your way. Drive up to a parking slot, tap the app option indicating you've arrived and enter stall number. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait before they roll up with groceries. I've never waited more than 7 minutes. When I ordered next, my some of past item were listed and I clicked on them to add to my cart. This made shopping even easier! I'm a convert to Frys pick up so it's even less for my husband to do. He's very about it too and I fell we are safer for doing it this way. Now hubby has more time to do more household chores :)

This location has THE BEST people working here! We have become regulars and have fun relationships with some amazing people who are always willing to help. It is a smaller location so you may need to go to the marketplace up the road for a few things, but for most of our basics this place is tops! I took off a star simply because one of the nicest features was the separate natural/organic section which has been remodeled into the main part of the store. Sadly this makes our trips take longer as we can't just get everything we buy in one spot and now have to walk around the whole store.

This sushi combo special ($9.99) was the best frys sushi I've ever had! It tastes fresh and the rice was the right consistency. Very tasty, thank you!

We have been going to this Fry's since we moved here in 1998. We have put up with bad customer service, being constantly followed by store security and other various fun things over the years. However this last visit will be my last. I am done with Frys. During these Covid times I really felt for the workers. So much to deal with. However, that does not excuse them from at least trying to be nice. One cashier even demanded we unpack all the groceries that we had a coupon for to prove we bought them. But the final straw was the pickup order we just experienced. The first time we did the pickup it was perfect. Everything packed nicely, was the correct temperatures, and they came out pretty fast with the order. However, we tried it again a few weeks later.... Arrive at 5:15 for the 5 to 6 PM pickup time. No spots were available. Still called the number. They said there were 3 people ahead. Once one left I grabbed the spot. Then I called again. Got a new person who said they could not find the order. Told them it might be under my Wife's name and it was. After a huff the gentleman asked me to wait for my order to come out. During my wait the other 2 people who were there before me received their groceries. Then two more people pulled in. After me. However, those two people receive their groceries right when they call. After the people who came after me got their groceries and left, I decided to call again. It was now approaching 6pm. Got a new person who asked me all the same questions again as if I just arrived. They said they will be out soon. I hope so I am the only one left. My groceries finally came. 45 minutes AFTER I got there to pick them up. 45 minutes in 105° heat wrecks havoc on a running car. The lady was nice and apologized for the wait and loaded my groceries. Then she said that there was no receipt and I had to wait much longer if I needed one. Since I was already 30 minutes late for my family 's dinner pickup I declined. So I have no way of getting my money back on Ibotta for all the groceries I ordered. I got home to unpack my now nice and warm groceries. First bag, I pull heavy puddings, frozen meals (that are now totally thawed and starting to smell a bit), bananas and tomatoes and guess what was totally flattened underneath? My bread, which is now totally unusable. Unless I wanted white bread tortillas. Who puts bread at the bottom of a grocery bag with heavy stuff on top? I frantically looked for my eggs. Same deal. Multiple layers of heavy items on top with the eggs at the bottom. Thank got the egg carton is strong. They were ok. Yay science of engineering! Then there were missing items. Since I had no receipts or paperwork I had no idea that they were out of stock. So when the Pickup Manager contacted me today about it she just removed them from the total. I filled out all the online forms and called the Kroger customer service line. They gave me a credit for the missing and destroyed groceries. When I called the store I got an assistant front manager who really did not care to listen to my complaint because she was about to end her shift and go on vacation. Someone would call the next day. The pickup manager did call and had an excuse for every little thing. Nothing was their fault. Too many people ordered pickup so they could not print any more receipts, the order is bagged how its picked up through the store so the bread was added first, then stuff added on top is policy, the missing items had no substitutions and I would know that if I looked on my receipt. WHAT RECEIPT?!!! Are you not listening to the words coming out of my mouth? No they are not. They did remove the items I was missing from my total, thank goodness. However they handled my complaints extremely poorly. This store really does not care. Just be nice. Take some pride in your job. Try and make the customer happy. Be empathetic. Don't just go through the motions. Don't profile good customers who drop $300 weekly to your company and treat them like criminals because of race and size. Simple things that s

Your butcher standing out from with no mask and gloves talking to 4-5 others including employees with no PPE of any kind is reason xxx I'm not shopping where anymore.

Delivery and pick up services are terrible--a fraction of what you order is delivered, no texts to tell you the driver is on the way, expensive delivery charge for a few items, store and Instacart do not communicate with one another and Instacart phone wait time is 2 hours!

I have to say the people of the community around this store really thank the employees of Fry's for all of their hard work and dedication during this crisis. Thank you for all you do and putting yourself out there. Also thank you to the owners of this store for keeping it open. God bless!

Thank you to everyone working at this store for everything you're doing for the customers during this interesting time. I appreciate all the hard work I witnessed during my short visit to this location, it doesn't go unnoticed. This is my "normal" Fry's and everyone was doing their best.

No heater at all, if you like shopping in below zero temps, go for it. The most annoying cold I think I've ever felt and it's been on multiple occasions, I just get in and out as quickly as possible, I think today it was right at freezing outside and it felt colder in the store than outside.

Teresa from the bakery department was extremely kind and polite. She went out of her way to help us find what we needed. She was busy doing something else but noticed that we were confused and treated us very kindly and with much patience. I really appreciated feeling valued and this makes me want to keep going to this particular location. Thank you so very much for your kindness Teresa!

I was very impressed with the frys click list department today. When I picked up my order and got home I realized I was missing two pumpkin pies. I call the store to let them know the pies are on my recipe but I did not get them in my order. The lady I talked to told me that herself or the general manager would delivery them to my house. Being two days before thanksgiving I understood they were probably very busy, mistakes happen. I was totally not expecting her to offer to delivery them but I was very grateful for that. Someone delivered the pies to my house a few hours later. Thank you frys, very impressed

This formerly beautiful high end type Frys's has been ruined by the remodel (in-progress). The store now looks chintzy and poorly designed! Gone are the tall elegant natural foods shelves/towers and dedicated area, the convenient central customer service desk, the spacious rich looking produce department, the book and magazine wall backed up to Starbucks...The store is now stark, cold, ugly, and generic. The short aisles behind the produce area are a joke and the new produce area is hideous; poorly planned and impractical!

The female pharmacist is extremely rude, we have had multiple issues with her . She has told me numerous times a medication wasn't ready , & when my boyfriend calls a second later she says its ready for pick up. Today the pharmacy opened at 9am.she didnt show up until almost 9:15 , the other employee just had to stand there waiting for her . When I did pick up the medication she gave me the wrong med. luckily we noticed before it was taken. There has been times when I was in line & I can hear how rude she is to elderly clients. An older gentleman couldn't afford his meds & she says "oh well, I can't give them to you." (I understand she can't just give them free but a little kindness doesn't hurt. She is a miserable person, & makes going to the pharmacy an issue Everytime . will be switching stores .
