I appreciate the staff who work hard to get everything ready at the promised time. Very helpful and they always look out for your best interests. Glad I found such a good pharmacy. I have to drive a bit to get my Rx but the team at this location is better than any of this ones closer to me!

The new design is horrific! I'm not a fan!!! Plenty of parking and the prices seem to be cheaper here, rather than at other locations but perhaps, it's because of the location that these stores are in...idkIt's Frys so, of course, I'd go again. The sales are insane sometimes... in a good way!

The isles are always crowded, and the store seems dirty. On our most recent visit, they had half of the self-checkout registers closed in spite of having lines wrapping almost all the way to the back of the store. The employees seemed completely oblivious to the situation.

Always understaffed. Waited in a 10+ person line for self check out. Go to any other grocery store, but here.

Fry's in a convenient location at the corner of Mcclintock and Baseline. They have a large selection as well as a Starbucks. I spent over $60 on snacks, sushi roll(stale and tasteless), apples, candy, pretzels, cupcakes & peanuts.The service is terrible though. Staff is rude. The woman handling smartphones didn't know anything about the phones; so I passed on buying one. Their hygiene is bad and don't wear uniforms so you know they work there. Apparently, since I had luggage with me that I left at my Starbucks table I was followed around and glared at constantly as well. One goof that dressed like a wannabe biker with a chain wallet followed me around and I asked him what he knew about the pharmacy and he said nothing. Another young clerk didn't know what hardware products they have.Another trashy guy was in my personal space when I was using self checkout so I told him to back off. If they're worried about theft they need to use cameras in a security office and not antagonize customers especially when they look and act trashy.Not recommended.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had at a grocery store. And don't listen to their promotions, as they are not all true. False advertising.Do not recommend going to the store. Go to the nearest other location.

Great store. Easy to find your section The bag people do a good job with my bags. Today my check out person was not very friendly but usually great. Parking easy.

Although hours clearly state the Frys pharmacy on Mclintock and Baseline location closes as 8 PM, I went in at 6:55 and was told the pharmacy was closing at 7 o'clock regardless of what the internet says. Was also told by the pharmacist that he has "NO" control over the hours posted on Google which I find pretty ridiculous and unbelievable considering you are falsely advertising incorrect store hours. So instead of having the much needed vitamin supplements that my elderly disabled sick 81 year old mother who has covid I was turned away and told I had to wait until tomorrow. I was also told "NOT to call" between 9 and 10 am because they focus on only doing vaccines at that point. So looks like my sick mother gets to wait nearly another entire day for the meds she so desperately needs now!! I have been trading at this Frys and this pharmacy for over 20 years and really feel slighted by the treatment I received today. Unfortunately it seems as though this employee likes to clock watch rather than help customers.

If your store has a wrong price posted, HONOR YOUR CUSTOMER! a good business with quality employees would not permit their customer to be treated rudely by a representative of their name.

staff is friendly and helpful. and the automatic refills service is wonderful i get a text each month telling me when my prescription are ready and they always contct my drs office when perscptions need to be updated.

I will never ever under any circumstances recommend this store. I passed through on a break to use the restroom and to buy a snack. The stall was out of order and the urinal was caked with urine. This is the place ppl purchase food for crying out loud. Makes me wonder how clean the business really is. Do yourself a favor and go to Safeway winco or aldi.
