My go-to store when I'm in town.

Best time is early in the day. Be prepared for self checkout . If you have a full cart and need a cashier you will have a short wait. No handbaskets anywhere in sight today.

This store feels like it's laid out in the most confusing and inconvenient fashion to force you to walk around the entire place looking for what you need (even more than most). Self checkout is half of what's available but then it treats you like a criminal if the camera AI doesn't understand what you've done

Steve helped me at self checkout. He's helped me before and he's always on point with a smile. After the transaction he always acknowledges me and says have a great day! Very personable and professional. He's always dressed neatly and he's knowledgeable about the products.

Nice and clean store. The staff inside are very friendly. The only reason why it doesn't get 5 stars is the one tall cart employee with glasses that doesn't seem mentally stable. Watched him completely blow off an.elderly woman who asked for a cart, and he began laughing at her.and walked away. On another occasion, he heard him walking around asking people who you voted for and insulting them when walking off. I told one of the supervisors and think he handled it. Besides that, great deals and friendly staff. The Deli area is one of the best areas. Clean, and the cheese and meat selections make you want to try them all.

Have shopped at Fry's for 15+ years so I'm very loyal--even when many items go out of stock on weekends. But the new digital coupon system is deceptive. You have to read the fine print on every sale sign to determine if the sale price only applies for shoppers using digital coupons. Often I have to put food back at the register because the price was not clear.Digital coupons also create a two-tier price system because many older shoppers don't use their phones to shop and don't get the discount that others may get. I resent the store trying to get me to give up more information and force us to spend even more time glued to our screens.

Their produce has been embarrassing for years, it’s literally tasteless or rotten over half the time. Now they’re treating us like animals, they’ve installed cages making it difficult to leave the store. If there’s ever an “American exclusive emergency”, everyone will be bottle necked.Safety concerns aside, the cages make entering and exiting the store (when leaving empty handed cause produce is rotten) take much longer. There’s too many grocery stores (with better produce) within 3 miles that don’t treat me like an animal/criminal for me to shop at the store that does.

I was in Fry's and I was purchasing some cherries which rang up for 2.99, I asked Anais why they rang up that amount either she didn't hear me or didn't care, she quickly deleted the cherries and didn't know why they rang up 2.99 instead of .99. I guess you should shop in the daytime where everyone knows what's going on. She never said a word.

This Fry’s has everything you could possibly need and the prices are always great too.The shopping carts here are awful. They are all broken, the wheels are either coming off or the cart is hard to push. The lines to checkout are ridiculous and they only have one or two cashiers at all times. I try to go through self checkout but those lines are even worse.I’ll only shop here for stuff I can’t get at Costco.

Darian has handled more of our order pick-ups at this location and every time we are met with the upmost care and helpfulness! They are always asking if we need anything else, asking us if we have any coupons, and reminds us that Fry's price matches their substitutions (which is super helpful when we have a smaller item substituted with a bigger size!) Very happy with their service!

The pharmacy is keeping my prescriptions. They no longer accept my insurance, so they will not fill my prescriptions. They won't let me transfer them to a pharmacy that does accept my insurance, they won't give me the prescriptions so I can take them someplace else and they will not allow me to pay for them either. I think the pharmacist wants them for himself since two of them are benzos. I'm suffering because they were supposed to be filled over a week ago. My mother had a stroke on mother's day and is still in the hospital. My Dr prescribed the medications to help me. But the pharmacist at frys has decided on his own that he will not fill them or transfer them

My fiancé and I go out of our way to come to this location. We love all the employees they are very helpful and nice. My son has autism and I really appreciate this store and this location employing so many individuals with special needs including autism. Please be mindful and respectful \\u0026 go to a different location if you have a problem with this.

The 5 stars I'm giving is for one particular cashier. Normally when I go here, it's a lot of grumpy employees that just aren't very pleasant. Yesterday, our cashier, Toni, was wonderful! She even made sure my friend got his senior discount that we knew nothing about! She was very sweet and very helpful! Thank you, Toni for being an awesome cashier!

The staff are the most miserable people in the world. Won’t even respond if you thank them or say have a nice day. Good luck checking out your entire cart of groceries at a register after 7. I’ve had them close a register as they’re staring at me walking up to check out and I’ve had to check out my entire cart at self checkout, which is not easy. I’ve had the cashiers and baggers talk about very personal things in front of me and curse etc. Carts being available at the front is hit or miss and they’re always out of hand baskets, which is odd, since you give them right back to them when they’re done. It used to be such a nice store.
