I continue to have bad experiences doing pick up orders here, but I still try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well, today was the last straw. I arrived during my pickup window and have been waiting for almost an hour (55 minutes) for my order. I was personally told by a worker that my order is running 30 min behind and they suggested I come back later to pick up, however, multiple cars have showed up and all received their orders since then. I could’ve just gone into the store and shopped for myself had I known I’d be stuck waiting for an hour. Truthfully, I don’t think the workers even started gathering my items until I arrived. Terrible customer service and terrible management! Wouldn’t be surprised if items on my order are “out of stock” due to their laziness.

Shopping just isn't the same anymore... Everything now is just so frustrating. From no carts, and barley room to fit through the entryway corral to fighting against the quick list shoppers and self checkout.

Large store that seems to take a very long time to shop. The chips are at the far end. Long wait for liquor cabinet. Someone, who I assume was an associate actually wheeled away my cart after I left it for just a couple of minutes. No one explained or accepted accountability for this. Odd experience as of late. Stores anymore have just a handful of good employees. Try to find a morsel!! Of shade when it's 115 outside! Gone downhill!

I am a regular customer. Today I had a pick up order and 14 items were missing. They told me they will process a refund which takes 5-7 days and a $15 store credit. I am beyond angry and they lost me as a customer so beware if you get pick up

My wife called to make sure that the deli was still open, she was told yes, until 8. We made it there at 7:30, the lady was cleaning, looked up and said “we’re closed”. We told her that we had called and she again said “we’re closed”. That’s it. No I’m sorry, no nothing except “we’re closed”.
This store just seems to suck in general. More often than not they are out of whatever it is I’m looking for. Most of the employees act like they would rather be anyplace except there or they’re too busy talking amongst themselves to pay much attention to you.
I go out of my way to go to a different store if I can help it.
The only reason I gave them two stars is because they do actually have the medicine section stocked most of the time.

Was denied buying a bottle of jack Daniel’s because “I don’t want to get in trouble” provided a social security and valid drivers license still got denied. The one time they have someone staffed on the register and they don’t know how to read a ID ?

Been here for years and this is the closest store. Baggers are lazy thieves. No wonder they want to get rid of them and replace them with machines.

I shopped here for years, I mean years and this store has gone down big time.
First thing is the customer service is awful and they don’t admit mistakes like bringing one of them to the shelf to show them what is advertised. Second is those employees who pick your product for you and you pick up curbside, those people are RUDE as hell. They push their way right through you like you don’t matter and if you say excuse me to get passed them they sigh out loud. Third is they are hardly stocked with products and don’t even ask an employee for their help.
If this is what Fry’s is becoming then I will go to Albertsons for now on.
At least until the Fry’s buyout takes over.
