Use to love this store. Store manager clearly has no idea what there doing.
We are on day 4 of food stamps week. First week all schools are back in session. No product on shelves. I'm already pissed that Kroger has discontinued their store brand breads but now your out of the affordable breads. Most items on sale are out. It's ridiculous. You have an on campus school going into session, kids staying at grand for tournaments and your store looks like it's going out of business. You need a manager that gives a s@!+ what's happening in their community.

Customer service sucks at courtesy counter. Always waiting. This time person went to bathroom. Staff all talking. Phone ringing off the hook.

The store is fine. I like that there is an officer in the front. What bothers me is that all cashiers shut down early and it's only self check out. Many people have full carts and the line is insane. Self checkout is where people steal and drive up the prices. What's worse was last night there was 1 cashier and 1 guy working 12 busy self checkouts by himself. The manager came out and turned the cashiers light off to close it down, than disappeared again. You'd think he would help the self checkout guy? No. The officer actually bagged my groceries for me. Does the self checkout guy get paid for doing the job of 3-4 people? No. Does the manager bother to pitch in when all 12 are being use and a line stacking up? No. One person work 6 checkouts can be excessively busy, but 12? He's doing the job of 3 people and the boss can't help for a few minutes. I was disgusted.

Customer service rep acts like she has a job she doesn't want to do. Made paying my srp bill overly complicated and than made fun of me for the way I write numbers. Very unprofessional.

Go during the day, trust me.
While the location is fine during the day, at night, it turns into an unnerving affair. Perhaps it's the pulsating police light in the parking lot, perhaps it's the need for police officers to guard the entrance/exit—I genuinely thank you for your service--you rock!!!, perhaps it's the lack of team members (they are quite outnumbered compared to the guests' size),...I could go on for quite a while.
I don't feel safe there at night, and when I'm forced to run in quickly, my head is on a swivel. Please use caution when the lights go down.
However, what an incredible team of workers at the location. They're very helpful and attentive, and you can feel and hear that they, too, wish things were better for the guests. I wish I could transport them to another location because they are a tremendous crew.
My recommendation is to visit during the day, when the location is safe. If you must visit at night, consider using Fry's Boost service instead. But if possible, avoid the location after dark. Woof!

Their deals don't line up with what is posted online (Not pickup or online delivery). I was holding up the register and I couldn't bother but next time if you're gonna say marshmellows are 0.99 and not 2.01 actually go through with your discounts!!

Came in 10 mins before close to grab hotdog buns for my kids and a mikes hard was racially profiled automaticly by Joe Latino/native American man shot glasses I was on the with the buns in my hand looking at the drinks he stayed there 3 mins while I was on the phone I kept looking back at him because he made me feel uncomfortable just staggering behind me once I'm off the phone he proceeds to tell me where closing in 3 mins I say I know I'm walking to the front you don't gotta profile me I start walking to the front with my items and he is still following me we get into a argument I tell him I know y'all closing but you dont gotta walk behind me profiling me amd harassing me he then laughs and say harassment you aint seen nothing yet then leaves by that time im self checking out and a security comes up and says I kicked out for trespassing even tho I did nothing wrong just because alot of black people steal from there doesn't mean I'm one of them I make 26 an hr and asked the security to have a manager talk to me she sayd shr can't mean while I'm outside waiting Joe keeps walking past the front window mewn mugging me that's not how employees are supposed to act or wrongfully racially profile people
