My place for full service wash, the "other" places get you in and out just to get their numbers. Francis and Sons in Tempe pay attention to detail. Of course, like everyone else, They aren't perfect. But pretty damn there. ROJO, the manager keeps his word if there is a quality issue and handles it himself. Been going there for a few years and will not go anywhere else. I take 2 vehicles there. Hard workers always... thank you to the staff at Francis and Sons in Tempe

Just to share with everyone that this place is a death trap an and a money cess pool. That is all the owner sam is after. If he is not making money he don’t care. Being like his brothers he is last on the todem pole for running a business is scandalous because he will not let his managers have access to stuff a manager n Ed’s to have which leaves me to believe he is after customer money. That is how Turkish and Iranians work so beware when you go to the car wash, they will steal your money they will steal your identity all of that they love to double charge customers be ware of this go some where else

DANGER!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE AS A WOMAN. EMPLOYEE STUCK HIS HEAD AND BODY INTO DRIVERS WINDOW SAYING HE WAS LOOKING FOR KIDS!?! The man was so close driver had to duck into center console and told him to exit her vehicle. Manager Saul on the phone would not give names and then Corina came on the phone and confirmed the man entering the car window is named Mark.

My recent experience at a car wash left me feeling extremely disappointed. Despite my hopes for a thorough cleaning, my car was left with dirt and grime in several areas. The customer service was lacking, as the staff seemed more focused on upselling rather than providing quality service. To make matters worse, a coupon I had was not applied as expected, leaving me feeling deceived. Overall, I cannot recommend this car wash to anyone in search of professional and thorough cleaning services. I ultimately had to rewash my car myself, turning what should have been a convenient service into a time-consuming hassle. Save your money and find a better option for your car cleaning needs.

have been going here for years. Yesterday was the most recent. When my car was done, I took my walker to begin heading to the finish area under canopy, to claim the vehicle.
One of the detailers working on the car, stopped me, saying we will bring the car to you. Which is exactly what happened.
His team mate backed the car up to where I was standing.
The other gentleman placed my walker in the cargo area in back.
Off I went, with my clean car. Stunned and grateful for these incredible acts of kindness.
It was yesterday afternoon, while Sam, the manager was on duty.
Find these two guys snd let them know that going above and beyond is appreciated.

My car is black and there was tons of red lint all over it. My mirrors had water spots, tires didn’t get dressing all the way around.and they did not wipe down the inside of my car at all. I paid for an upgraded wash! I left and went to Cobblestone to finish a horrible job. Won’t go back!!!!!

Francis and Sons (this location) is a good place to get your car detailed and washed. I had stains on my back seat that they got cleaned but left a spot. When I returned for another wash I pointed it out and they fixed it. No one’s perfect but a good company will fix it!! I recommend Francis and Sons to everyone

So I attempted to try this location. I usually go to the Baseline and 48th St one, but this McClintock and Guadalupe one was closer to me today. I have the unlimited plan. Anyway their scanner didn't recognize me. So I pushed the help button and no one ever came. So I just left. Their setup was much more different than the one I'm used to as well and a bit confusing.
