All the 1 star reviews sum it up.. Check amazon before you come here and sped. Your money, no returns. No info anywhere about returns. Do businees the correct way. no valid phone number. No return info on website or receipt. Way overpriced perfumes. And service is not the greatest... Never again.

Blonde working was by in far the rudest retail worker that I have ever experienced. She was dressed super inappropriately and was dismissive and condescending. Based on my experience with her alone I would never come back.

No in-store returns! I don't like having people recommend the scent for me. I wish I could go behind the counter and pick it out myself.

Don’t buy nothing from here!!! I wanted to exchange a perfume I had bought for my wife for a different one. The lady that sold it to me was real friendly and nice when I bought it. But when I wanted to exchange it she was a rude and aggressive and didn’t want to exchange it, I even had my receipt too. The box was already opened, in fact she opened it herself and sprayed it too! I told her if she can do anything with it and she replied no nothing with a rude voice! She also told me that the other fragrance stores were selling knock offs but not her store. She said that she’s not supposed to tell anyone but she did and to the wrong person too!!! Her name is Laurie and the store is by the Legoland.

I visited the fragrance outlet for my first time my experience were a little hectic and had a few issues with doing a return cause of needing a code I was not satisfied with having to wait almost an hour for the manager. I came back on 07-26-2021 and Celia and Connie were able to return in less then 5 minutes they did an excellent job helping me. First I decided that I wouldn't come back cause of the issues I had with the manager giving me the wrong products but when Celia and Connie helped me it was comforting to know that we're able to return the wrong products and give me the return I needed.

The best place to buy fragrances. Maybe the bad reviews are made by those who have another perfume store. It is one of the best places and at an excellent price.

I love this location! Anna & Celia are so sweet and knowledgeable!They know their fragrances and always have a smile! This whole store has a killer team led by The always upbeat Laurie!Don’t waste your time at another fragrance store , they will take good care of you with best promos they can do, educate you on the scents, find you something truly unique and works for you , and they treat you like your family!Probably the best retail staff in this whole corporation!

Lori helped me! She was amazing went above and beyond for me!! They ddnt have my fragrance I was looking for but she went out of her way to provide such great customer service!!! Called another fragrance place in the mall to make sure the had it and sent me right over to them!!! Thank you Lori!!’ You saved my Valentine!!!!

Atraio was very helpful today, with my purchase! I am a frequent Customer to this location. I am always impressed with how much knowledge this staff has! Great deals and friendly faces! Good place for steep deals and their BoGo sale is always a steal!

This place took my wifes money on Christmas. And I was unhappy with their product. Came back to get something cheaper that smells better. And was told it’s not possible to her money back at this place. I never heard of such thing. My family and I will not not not shop here anymore. I urge you to do the same if you value your money. Which was your time at some point. I felt disrespected and taken advantage of. Not to mention ripped off.

Fragrance outlet at az mills by LEGO Land is awesome! The staff are always nice to me and help me out when ever I need it. They know their stuff and will help you find the scent you are looking for! Highly recommend Luisa, Laurie and Celia they are my go to staff members!
