Jordan 3 Fear ordered on 11/28. Order was set to be delivered directly to Arizona Mills Footlocker location. Order marked as pending for a full week. I went in on 12/8 to see if order was delivered and according to footlocker the order was never received. How do you not receive an order that was set to ship directly to your store? Members could not help me and only told me order was still waiting to be delivered. It shouldn't take 9 days for a pair of shoes to be delivered.

The manager here is rude af. Everyone else is nice and tried to help with an exchange for an online order, but the manager told me “next time they won’t do this for you.”The price on the shoes I bought had increased from the time I bought them to when I was exchanging a week later. I had the order confirmation email and shipping papers. The employees there were really nice and said they didn't have my size in store but could do the exchange and order them to my apartment. Until the manager was going to make me pay more?She was saying because I didn't have a specific email that said the amount I paid they'd charge me the difference....even though when they type in my order number or scan the paper (which they did) it tells them what I paid. Get off your power trip, it's literally a Foot Locker.I also already purchased the item. I encourage you to review the exchange policy because that is not part of it. I had everything required for an exchange.And there won't be a next time....I'll happily just buy shoes elsewhere.

They got 100 customers services cause the first time I got shoes was air max 270 and then I went back to look at air Jordan’s 1 mid se craft they service is great go get your shoes there :)

They want youre email. Emails are used and sometimes sold to other companies. There saying no email no reciept which most likely is a lie.

We have been shopping at this particular Foot Locker for 2+ years for all of our shoes. Today the service Melvin gave my kids was great. He was kind, energetic and showed patience with my boys as they tried on various shoes until they found the ones they liked. And he was great at anticipating styles if one was out of stock in the size we needed. I was impressed with his overall enthusiasm as he worked with each family he was helping.After purchasing 3 pairs of shoes we left to continue shopping in the mall. My youngest set his bag of shoes down while we were in another store and someone walked away with them. We went back to Foot Locker to see if by any chance the person maybe had brought them back to the store since they hadn't been turned in at the one we were at. They didn't. I was so disappointed that there are people in this world that would do this.I gave Andrea my number to call me if they happened to turn up. The next call I got was from her. Herself and another associate Jenny felt so bad that that had happened to us that they were personally buying my son a new pair of the shoes that were stolen. My heart exploded. My family is so grateful for their kindness. This was something I could have never imagined someone doing for us. And while there are cruel people in this world the ones who shine their light should take center stage. Thank you all for your kindness today.We will forever be shopping at your store and you have our business for life.

If I could I would give this place zero stars. We and my girl was getting things for our trip this weekend and we walked in the store with Spanish music blasting. I was very uncomfortable because I don't know what they are saying!We were never greeted, we both had bags in our hands ready to purchase a couple pairs of shoes. All of the staff members shoes were dirty and none of them help us and only help they gave was the Spanish people. This may sound radical but I'm far from that! I know footlocker to have every person there working shoe game to be on point! Must I repeat not once did they every ask and they walked by multiple times people came in and they helped them right away. Right in front of us. I looked at them hold a couple pairs of shoes in my hands still nothing. I'm very upset being that I'm a person that buys multiple pairs of shoes when I do come into the stir or mall. This all happened yesterday May 22, 2023 around 7:00pm! The staff that was on duty was horrible. I'm very upset and disappointed.

They had 4 staff working and only one staff was helping customers. The rest were talking and not paying attention to customer.

I didn't feel welcomed there. The service was so bad.They didn't even asked if you need helped. The employees were just talking and didn't look like they were even doing their job. I asked one of them if they have this shoe in my size and they just looked uninterested and looked like they didn't want to be there. The lady I asked was just arrogant and just standing there by the table. Wouldn't recommend going there.

They never have woman's size 9 shoes that I like available in store. I often have to order them and they ship to my house.
