Between the color swatches apparently being inaccurate and not getting the colors I expected nor really wanted, the amount of glue on my hands when I left, the gaps that make it look likes I need a fill soon, and incorrect shape-- I've never been more upset with my nails. After the awkward exchange trying to gaslight me about the color being correct and having to argue that black and powder blue are, in fact, NOT the same color, I gave up on trying to fix the rest of the set. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This place went to the toilet! Five years ago I would've definitely recommended this place as my Lady loved this place but over time the quality decreased as the cost increased! I give it a two star because the staff is friendly... If my wife finds I posted this she'd probably kill me BUT SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Horrible salon! You can get better services for your money across the street. I came in for a pedicure and the lady doing it was rude and cut my nail too short. I ended up leaving without completing my service. Avoid it!

Took my daughter in while visiting. I needed a polish change and she got a full set.
My girl wad maybe the owner, super sweet lady. She did and okay job, my nails are see-through in places. I was asked if I wanted a manicure, to which I replied yes. Look in not from here but most manicures I've gotten were definitely not like this. It consisted off her spraying my hands with water then a quick hand massage. Definitely not worth the extra $$.
My daughter was not happy at all. First the lady was arguing with her about the length. She wanted them shirt and the lady said no she couldn't do the style (square) if they were short.... Then after closer inspection the acrylic wasn't even covering all of her nail, nor was the gel polish. We did go back in as their signs says they will fix it if your not happy. The owner was sweet about it, then the same lady came back in to finish up and was pissy about it. They did not fill in acrylic all they did was took top polish off, cutthem down out new polish and that was it...
First thing, customer service is big in your industry and the other employee made this place uncomfortable. Just cause of her I would never go back!

I've been coming here exclusively for years. The salon is family owned and operated by Tina & Joe who are both hard working nail techs. I've never had an issue or complaint with my manicures or pedicures. My nails & toes always turn out beautiful. Tina even remembers me by name when I come in and always asks about my son who hasn't come into the salon in years but she always remembers and asks about him. She would give him candy and the tv remote to watch cartoons when I used to bring him in when he was little. That kindness alone as made me a life long customer

Honestly one of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to. They employees are snappy and seemed like they hate working there. Which I get, working in customer service is hard, definitely not for everyone. But, this Salon just isn’t one that’s worth spending 70 on a manicure. I’m never one to complain, I wish I made more time to compliment but these were the worst set of nails I have ever seen. I couldn’t even find it in me to say “it’s ok I’ll fix them at home” like I normally would w a bad set. These were bulky, uneven, thick and to have them shape your nails cost an extra 5 dollars! An extra 5 on top of the extra 10 to add tips and the extra 15 to use dip instead with the original 35 to get the manicure. I know getting dip costs extra, I’ve been getting my nails done for many years now. But 70 for a bad manicure doesn’t float my boat. After this experience, driving to north Mesa from south Phoenix sounds like reasonable drive for a good quality salon.

First time at this place, i was far from my normal nail salon. I wanted to have my gel manicure taken off. I asked how much to have it removed, the guy asked Liane and relayed $10. I agreed to have it taken off as he told me to have a seat. He looked at my nails, got up and said something to his coworkers in their native tongue. He sat down, started using the electric file to remove them. The manager said hi as she checked out another customer. I said hi with a smile. I continued to talk to the guy as he was putting my nails in the acetone to soak. The manager then informed me that i have liquid gel, not a gel manicure. I said, okay, all i know is i had a gel manicure on. She said, you don’t know but we know. I said okay. The manager said we charge $15 for liquid gel but its okay. The guy relayed to her that he told me $10 and that will be honored. I said okay, thank you. Meanwhile the third lady, Liane, injected herself into the conversation and aggressively asked me how much i paid for the gel manicure as she is doing a pedicure on her customer. I answered her, i paid $45. Liane rudely said, “how do you not know what you’re paying for??” I said, I'm sorry? As the manager was continuing to tell me it’s liquid gel. I said, i paid for a gel manicure. Liane aggressively told me that, its $15 but he said he will honor the $10 and you didn’t know what you paid for. I said okay, thank you. Liane began telling her client the entire situation in front of me as if she had a problem with the price that was honored. My friend asked what the problem was since she brought the entire salon in the situation as she was telling her customer the issue. I said it was inappropriate and entirely unprofessional. If the issue was a $5 difference it could have been handled better. Liane did not need to insert herself in the scenario as the manager was handling it. The guy finishes as i was leaving, i walked to the front after washing the oil off. Liane looks at me up and down as if she had a serious problem with me. I got to the front, paid the $10 & gave the guy a $5 tip. I asked for the name and Liane stopped what she was doing and asked why i asked for her name. I addressed her, i informed her she was entirely rude, unprofessional and very confrontational as if she had a problem. She began to talk over me and tell me this was untrue while the customers watched and heard everything. I informed her this is not what customer service is and she could have handled it better. At this point the manager rushed up to me to relay the situation again. Liane interrupted again, and said she doesn’t know english and she asked me to interpret. Which was entirely false as the manager was handling it speaking english. Liane inserted not only herself but the entire shop as she involved other customers who could care less. I informed the manager i do not need a replay, i paid and i am leaving. The manager grabbed my hands to keep me while she talked. I firmly told the manager to not touch me. The manager immediately let go. I was completely done with this place. I needed to leave before i lost it. Zero stars, do not recommend and Liane will run potential customers away.

This is my spot when I'm visiting AZ. They do a decent job on my pedicures and a very nice job on my nails. Last but not least, their prices are reasonable.
