Came in for passport photos for my 13 month old and was told they don’t do photos for children unless they can “stand and be told what to do”. We were told I would not be able to get a passport photo in the area and that we would need a professional photographer to provide such a service. Went down the street to Walgreens and got a passport photo within minutes.

This place is awful. They’ll never have the right box for you so expect to just go to a better maybe less irritating location.

Fast service. I walked in with 2 different items to ship. He boxed them for me and I was out the door with receipt in less than 10 minutes.

I have visited this location quite a few times over the past few months, and each time Chantry has been there, welcoming, and so very helpful and patient! I had to ship a bunch of stuff to Dubai a few months back and I was very nervous and overwhelmed, not wanting to mess up the address or the shipment for my bosses. Chantry helped me figure everything out, and also filled out the customs forms for me.I work/live closer to a couple other shipping places, but each time I will drive out of my way to come to this location, mainly because I know Chantry will get my shipment done fast and correctly! All I can say is this location is lucky to have someone like him! I highly recommend you visit this location for any shipping needs!

It was a crazy morning trying to get some material off to family members for a funeral. Time is of the essence. Areyonna and Andrew greeted me with patience and kindness. Areyonna's knowledge helped me get my shipment off with ease. Put a smile on my face. Thank you!!!

Unable to call and speak with a person. I just wanted to know if I can laminate paper there. But Fedex does not let you speak with person. I'm sure the people that work here are great, but this was very annoying of the company to do. UPS store it is. They actually have a phone system.

I used this location to renew my passport. The manager, Chantry, was extremely helpful and polite. They got me in and out and helped make sure I had all the proper paperwork.

Best . Crew . Ever !I experienced an unusual, complicated and time sensitive issue with a package delivery. Andrew and Areyonna kindly took the time to explain everything and to assist me in finding a solution. Over a period of two days they were in touch with my son, the company shipping the equipment and me to ensure all ended well. They went above and beyond with a difficult situation and deserve raises!

In a non shocking turn of events, my FedEx package is delayed. This company is absolute garbage, barely ever on time, packages handled like crap, zero information about the package status while it's in transit, Zero help from staff.I hate when my stuff is ships through FedEx, might get it on time might get it in 2 weeks, who knows. If I could tell who the item will be shipped by I would literally purchase something different that ships through UPS, than give this mediocre service any more of my money.

My experience working with Andrew will be hard to forget. They provided superior service and had the most polite demeanor. They even ran my USB drive to me after I forgot it in the store!All the best, Andrew! Hopefully, all of your store's customers will have the chance to work with you.
