Delay after delay, worst delivery service ever. I get told its getting delivered today and hours later i get an email stating they will deliver another day. The drivers are even worse there the most lazy drivers out here, they bring my package all the way up my apartment, then instead of nocking on the door they just leave there paper saying they did and they will try and deliver. Stay AWAY from Fedex

I never ship FedEx due to personal reason and have always had bad experience with the drivers on the road. Today I am writing this review because when I came home I noticed a driver down two house from mine and timed that I had plenty of time to reverse into my parking spot (mind you the driver wasn’t even in his truck at the time. But as I got into position the driver jumped into his truck and as I was reversing to park in front of my home the FedEx driver raced around 1 car parked already and decided to block me. My home his right next to the mailbox and a fire hydrant so there is a red curb right next to where I park. So as I paciently waited for him to deliver the one package he had; it took him a while to get back to his truck so I started to become impatient because I can’t park where he blocked me. The driver finally got into his truck and just sat there and that is when I lost my politeness. I then turned around and said hurry up and pointed at my house he blocked me from parking in front of and his only response was to point forward for me to move rather than just back out of my way. I continued to point at my home and he continued to just point forward and sit there. I left my key in ignition to go inside my home and it wasn’t until then the driver decided to reverse out of my way. I have bad experience with FedEx drivers speeding out into the road in front of me all the time and these are the reasons I won’t even use your company. I will make another review and share the home surveillance video of the driver. Anybody else have bad experience with FedEx drivers?

Horrible customer service. They delivered my package to old address and when I tried to have held for pickup and got shipper to acknowledge it, nothing!!

I’m very very upset. I’ve been watching the app this entire time on my package all day today watching the map. The driver pulls up outside of my business and then he marked it undeliverable because there’s no apartment number it is a business not an apartment complex. He did not even make an attempt and put failed attempt due to no apartment number. This is unprofessional and a bunch of BS my front office associate even saw the driver sitting out there in the car and was waiting for him to come in unbelievable!!!

**Absolutely Unacceptable Experience!**
This FedEx location is an absolute nightmare. They allowed a random person to sign for and receive my confidential documents without any verification. I've been trying to track down my documents for days, and the customer service here is beyond useless. I've been passed from one incompetent manager to another—William, Darnell, and Michael—none of whom seem to have any idea how to manage basic operations.
How does FedEx even allow this place to stay in business? They have one job: deliver packages to the correct address, and they failed spectacularly. I've also heard concerning rumors that some of their drivers are intoxicated on the job, which is beyond unprofessional and dangerous.
I will be escalating my complaint and pushing for a thorough investigation. This location should not be operating if it can’t uphold even the most basic standards of service and accountability.

They lost my package after pick up. I spoke with a manager at the location and he freely admitted that they have issues with their contractors following process and procedures. He advised against FedEx across all Tempe.

This company is the worst delivery companies ever, I have left my gate code to deliver my electric bike and all 3 times no delivery!! I truly feel that the delivery driver's try and keep customers packages so they can make money off of them and fedex is very shady and there driver's are so sorry son of bityches!! There's no way of contacting a live person to get a real tracking status of your package and fedex sucks!! If you want your package delivered don't go through fedex because the driver's are shady as hell

My friend had a document sent to FedEx . The customer service Rep at the gate was very kind and helpful. The document was delivered at different location she checked and sent us to that location. Hats off to her

I got a email message that my package was going to arrive between 1-5 PM. I took the afternoon off to be available to pick up the package. They delivered the package at 10 AM. The package requires a signature. I would think they could have given me an update that they were going to deliver earlier. Now I have go to the Tempe facility to try and retrieve the package around 5. Door tag said they would try and deliver it tomorrow, now I don’t trust their delivery time frames at all.

Horrible place to work, no AC in the summer, you’re told to do double the work. Ive seen packages get thrown into and out of trucks by managers.
