Yo I've been coming to this fedex for some years and Zachary has helped me every single time. I literally probably come to this fedex like once or twice every six months and Zachary is not a manager yet? y'all need to promote that man. Zachary has exceptional customer service and I can tell he loves working here bro. It's messed up he has not gotten a promotion yet. He deserves the top spot there at least as a manager. Promote that man!! NOW!! HE DESERVES IT!

Id give it zero if I could. Paid $70 for printing online. Printing was messed up and I'd have to pay to have it printed the way I wanted. Also, $70???

I called with an extremely last minute request to print a number of large posters for a presentation in the morning. Shannon and his team went above and beyond to help me and my team. They were beyond helpful and friendly and we could not be more grateful! Highly recommend coming here.

Zachary was a total champ. I had a really complicated order and Zachary puts *hours* into making sure every last detail was correct. He's a real pro, great customer service--the kind of employee who'll keep me coming back to this FedEx location for sure.

Zachary was a great help to me. I came in yesterday for initial quotes and came back today to finalize shipping and final details. Zachary delivered the necessary information in an informative and kind manner and helped me through the different options that were available to me. Zachary definitely made this whole experience better and easier to complete.
