FYI this location does not ship prepaid returns of iPhones to Apple. Also any shipment with batteries. I've also updated their hours from the ones listed on their page. Hope this saves you some time.

After a horrible experience at UPS, I went here. They weren’t able to help me in the end but definitely took their time trying. They were thorough and helpful and really nice. Carlos (I think was his name, young and slim) was patient and truly wanted to make it work but had system limitations. They ended up redirecting me to the FedEx on university that was fantastic.

Today I went there to mail my grandsons Birthday Box! I was waited on by Dwight! He very polite, courteous and efficient! I don't mind paying a bit more than the post office as this FedEx is in a great location at Office Max Rural and Broadway!! Thanks Dwight!
