I'm convinced at this point that the company teaches their employees to be rude and incapable. I ship constantly for a small business, primarily through USPS, but the 10% I need other services will now be going to UPS instead of FedEx, because I can't take how bad their service has gotten.Congrats FedEx, your poor business practices have become a meme, and not in a good way.
