Automated phone service is trash. Never using fedex if I have the choice because of that.

Today is Sunday and the app says it opens at 8 am I went down there they're not open and there are no business hours on the door

FedEx has been the worst. At least UPS I can get someone on the phone. Will never do business with someone who uses FedEx again. Worst customer service and automated phone system.
