They couldn't find my package they had taken 5 tries of me showing up randomly asking, but they found it right before closing. The excuse was the worker was not used to working in that section of the store. Extremely frustrating to have to go down there 5 different times in one day for them to be able to find it. Ps it was right next to them up against a wall behind them. If only I knew I was looking at my package the whole time. Yes, they check that package every time and said it wasn't it when it was the whole time, because when I finally got it they picked it up immediately saying here it is finally. I just don't understand how that's possible. Just glad they finally figured it out. The reason I know it was the same box. Is because of the tape it had unique tape on it.

You're telling me within your whole store you don't have the ability to print out a label. Why be a drop point if you can't even do that. Seems like the bare minimum.

FedEx is inside at customer service all they have to do is scan the barcode from the FedEx label.Then you enter your email or phone number to get a receipt quick and easy!
