I went in today and they gave me medicine to go pick up at CVS. Yet the lady who was working front desk on 11/16 somehow messed up my name despite me giving her my ID. This ultimately caused my medicine at CVS to be delayed. So when I called back, I told them what was going on, only for them to have them tell me there’s nothing they can do and hung up on me. So when I called back the male on the phone started accusing me of harassment and saying I was threatening them when I wasn’t. I wanted to find out how to get my medicine and they refused to tell me.

The nurse practitioner was so nice and walked us through the entire process as my cousin got her finger cauterized.

The front desk was very helpful but when I got called back by the MA she only weigh me and took my temperature. She said when we get back to the room we talk about medication I take. She never came back and then the Dr came in.

I hated the way I was treated here by the provider. She’s very aggressive and really hard to trust. She didn’t take my symptoms serious and made me feel like an inconvenience to her time. She lacks patience and was very rushy and even spoke over me multiple times. I feel like she was very aggressive and just had a dismissive energy to her.I still have chest pains, and weakness on my left side. I have some neurological symptoms going on as well, and she told me it’s just vertigo.If anything happens to me, I will have my wife return here and take action.I was seen by Carrie, PA Friday 8/25, for record.

Do not, do not, do not go here. Rude is an understatement. They obviously do not care about their customers or they would have changed things. Owner only responds to positive reviews. As a business owner I have no idea how they are still in business.

The worse I went to get a tb test they told me I was positive went to the hospital to make sure this results they gave me was right I was stress out worry I had tb test be4 never been positive. So I wasn’t positive went to the hospital was there for hours to make sure so yeah don’t go here they don’t know what there doing. I wouldn’t give them any stars if I could ??

The lady at the front desk was very rude. She call my son a girl with no apology after being corrected. Told me they don’t babysit and I would have to leave my 5 yr old in the lobby. She didn’t greet me at all. Wasn’t a good experience what so ever. Would not recommend. I wish I could give 0 stars.

This is the worst urgent care I’ve ever been. I should’ve listen and believe those ones that left a bad comment here coz it’s true. The staff and doctors here are so unprofessional and they don’t seem to really care for you. If you’re willing to look on the walls for hours, you should come here coz they will surely do it. And their male doctor who saw me that day acted like a j*** and didn’t treat me at all. I wasted $145, still feel sick and wasted half of my day going here for nothing.

The staff seemed nice but I, and a few others that entered, were unaware that they were closing early at that location. I also paid $120 for service just to be rushed out and told they couldn't do anything for me. To be honest, I strongly believe it was because they were closing early as many staff were packing up to leave. Come to find out I was later diagnosed at another location, for $50, with cluster headaches.$50 for a diagnosis vs $120 to be told nothing and good luck? I'm not recommending this place.

I usually come here because it’s so close to campus. Today I called the front desk to ask a question and get assessed before coming in just to make sure they can service me and the front receptionist was so rude and I tried asking for her to clarify because she made no sense and she got upset. I then asked if I could just speak to someone else so I could get a more clear answer before driving down and she simply decides to sigh and hang the phone up. I still needed answers so I recalled and asked the same question to someone else and they were able to clarify and be nice about it. I get they have a stressful day but learn how to be nicer and answer simple questions without getting fed up or saying I don’t know when you can ask someone else.

I needed to use FastMed while on vacation in Arizona for possible strep throat. This was my first time going to a FastMed. It was easy to select an appointment time online with plenty of options. The receptionist, medical assistance and provider were all friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My appointment was at 4:00 and it was wrapped up by 4:15. I also appreciated that the provider gave me specific information about the pharmacy.

This location at Rural and University delivered superb service. I went to the fastmed location in Scottsdale on McDowell & 77th St. initially, however the front office staff kept coming up with excuse after excuse as to why they could not provide treatment. They had 2 front staff personnel and had 3 patients waiting and they said they ran out of drug testing supplies (I was not there for a drug test mind you). Overall I got the impression they are probably in the wrong field since their main function is to help patients. In my situation they went above and beyond in order to do just the opposite. This Scottsdale group should be retraining their staff to remind them why they have jobs in the first place … or simply hire some new employees who actually care about helping others.I then went to this location at Rural & University, the front desk staff only had 1 person working, I believe her name was Von, and she did a terrific job of moving my health care in the correct direction. The entire team did a fantastic job in helping me get the care I needed. Everyone at the Tempe location (Rural & University) has my complete recommendation if you want an friendly & efficient urgent care location!
