Carol is simply one of the most helpful people out there. She went out of her way for me when she didn’t have to and I need her to know how much it means to me. It’s extremely hard nowadays to find someone in service that goes the extra mile and she went beyond that. She gets what it takes to get and keep her customers and I’m not going anywhere.
