I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. Was so nervous going to a new place after moving out of state and I've found a new home. Give them a call or text and you will not regret! Ask for Kyndra!! She's amazing at what she does and makes you feeling fabulous as soon as you leave her chair. She's also SUPER sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. From the owner, to the young lady who greets you at the door, ALL amazing, wonderful people. Always a happy, satisfied customer when I leave.

An absolute waste of money. My sister and i went in for the fall lash promo in which you can either choose a natural lash for thirty or a more volumized lash for ten more well we both ended up getting the more glam lash considering we were both going out of town. My sisters lashes lasted not even the day. She tried to be as careful as possible it hasn't even been a week since she got her lashes done and they're all gone. Literally all gone. And as of for me I got mine done exactly a week ago and they're half gone. Kayla put my lashes on and I knew she wasn't going to halfass my lashes however I am not sure how she had put the glue but it's kinda pokey. But I loved her work she definitely knew what she was doing. As of for Kendra that did my sisters and her friends lashes she was absolutely horrible. I thought it might have been just my sisters lashes but nope her friends lashes are all gone as well. All three of us will not be going back for our fills. A waste a money and time. Not to mention they don't reply to your issues when you have them.

This place is TERRIBLE. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS REVIEW BEFORE GETTING YOUR LASHES DONE HERE. I had gone here once before in the past and my lashes were nothing more than adequate and they fell out quickly so I never went back for a fill. HOWEVER, I decided to go back June of this year with a friend to get our lashes done before a trip to Utah. She spent about 25 minutes doing my lashes and 15 minutes doing my friends. This did not stick out as odd to us as this is the only place we had gone for extensions and we figured this is how long it was supposed to take. WRONG. Eyelash extensions should take TWO HOURS when done right. After getting the extensions we quickly and quietly paid and went home, even though we were extremely dissatisfied. We soon realized why our appointments had only taken twenty minutes. Within the next few days our lashes began to fall out in CLUMPS. We had not been sleeping on our faces or getting them wet or ANY other of the big "Do not Do's" of eyelash extensions. They had glued the extensions in FIVE OR MORE AT A TIME rather than doing each singular lash (which is why lashes take 2 hours to get done) So not only did they put the lashes on wrong, now when they fell out, they fell out at least five at a time, leaving us looking ridiculous with gaps between our eyelashes. *DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS* They do not put them in properly at all! This place should truly be shut down.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Me and a friend went here to get our lashes done before going on a trip to Utah. The lady took about 45 mins on my friend and 20 mins on mine. When they were done I wasn't too happy with the way they looked, they were way less full than my friend's and not very long. The next day when I woke up they were a mess. I hadn't slept on my face or done anything wrong, I followed all the instructions they gave me. No amount of spooling or brushing could fix them. These lashes lasted three days and then the entire set began excessively shedding with huge gaps. I looked absolutely horrible for my trip and was embarrassed about the state of my lashes. Not to mention they hurt like crazy. I absolutely do not recommend. I have no idea how this place is still in business. Absolutely terrible experience and complete waste of money.

Elite Lash Studio is the only place I would ever go to get my lashes done. Not only is it affordable for a college student like myself, but also Stephanie my stylist and Jen, the owner of the studio, always make sure I leave looking my best; which is important to me considering I am the president of my sorority. The atmosphere is just so relaxing, and the stylists are genuinely good people! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their lashes done.

Let me start off by saying the girls who work in here are incredibly sweet and very accommodating. Unfortunately that's where the good part of the review ends. I have had lashes applied probably 10 times and usually it takes about an hour, sometimes up to 2 depending on how many are being applied and how experienced the person is. When I went here they took 20 min to apply my lashes and the rest of my appointment was spent "drying" with a miniature fan on my face. I was amazed and also a little worried at how quickly they applied them but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After I was done drying I was allowed to view my lashes in the large mirrors up front, they weren't my favorite as they were a little bit heavy on the outsides of my lids. But in their defense I told them to go big and bold (however I did expect them to still look good). I tipped the girl and paid (via a gift certificate that someone had given me thank god). That night one lash fell off, which I know is fairly normal as some of the lashes can't hold the weight. The next day the manager texted me to check up on me which I appreciated, at that time my lashes were ok. Now it has been less than a week and I have probably lost 8-10 lashes a day. What I've noticed as these lashes have fallen out and landed on my face is that they are coming out in 2's which leads me to believe that they glue 2 at a time on a lash... This would explain how they go so fast and also why they are falling out so quickly (my lashes most likely can't hold the weight of 2 false lashes). All and all I have no bad feelings about the staff, as I said before they were very nice but unfortunately the lash services are just not worth the money. If you need the lashes for a special occasion then this place might work for you but if you want to keep up on them and have them looking nice for more than 3 days I would suggest you go to a different place and pay just a little bit more.

Love this place! Jen and Kayla are always great and I love my lashes. Mine stay on for almost 3 weeks depending on my activities between fills! (i.e. if I workout and sweat a lot the inevitably means they won't last as long cause sweat breaks down the glue...duh) It also depends on your own lashes as to how long they stay on. Jen is always great about making sure my natural lashes are in good condition too! Great job girls!

I used to come here a lot but after the service that was provided the last time I was there I will never be coming back here again. I got a fill done within 10 minutes with unsatisfied results. She was plucking my real lashes out which was painful and randomly glued the individual lashes on to the remaining lashes I had . The end results were far worst than when I came in. After checking out I needed to charge my dead phone in order to request an Uber and the lady that did my lashes told me that I needed to leave because her shift was over. She couldn't simply wait for me to turn my phone on to request an Uber so I left the place with a dead phone looking for an outlet to find a way home

Kayla took her time, and my lashes looked great! They didn't last as long as I wanted them to. It's been two weeks since my last appointment and they are almost gone, but the price is great. So I'll be back!

The people were nice but that is it. The owner did a full set in 20 minutes....I asked her how that was even possible and she said it's because she had been doing therm for 6 years. The entire set lasted 3 days. I was from out of town or I would definitely have gone back for a full refund. The salon did text me the day after to check on me and I let them know about half have fallen off.....they never got back with me. I did %100 everything they told me to do for aftercare. Horrible experience. When I returned to texas and went to a studio for a full set, they reassured me that not even the best stylist out there can do then in 20 minutes!!! This place sucksa
