This has to be the best auto service I have ever experience.
- Speed: Inspection and oil change was done so quickly that I barely finished the chapter in my book.
- Explained the inspection results in as much detail as I needed. They shared what they recommended getting done today, what to look for in the future and if I was interested in doing anything myself, how I can get that done too.
- Pricing was amazing! I was quoted a ridiculous amount yesterday. It's nice to find a shop with their head screwed on.
I wasn't expecting to get any help on a Saturday morning especially on such short notice, but here I am having found my new shop! 10/10

The guys and ladies at elite auto were friendly and knowledgeable and took care of my truck which had a radiator crack. Thank goodness I had a warranty, but my truck rides like a champ now thanks to Elite auto repair!

I had to wait a while to get response from my service writer, and my estimate wasn't done after I dropped off my car three days prior. I called and spoke with Keri, and she made sure I got what I needed. She also told me my car would be priority, but likely wouldn't be done til Saturday or Monday. I was floored when I heard back same day saying the work was done! The car is riding so much better now. I have been going to Elite for years and they keep proving why.

Wow. Great service. Quick and professional. Carrie was informative and nice. Already had an update before I even got the rental car next door.

Friendly staff, and a nice waiting area are the only positive things I can say about this place. I was quoted $2,790 to repair the AC system in my truck, being told that the entire system needed to be upgraded from R-12 to R-134A. This is a huge investment for an older truck, so I decided to get a second opinion.
The night before taking it to another shop, I washed the engine bay and noticed a sticker on the compressor that read "compatible with R12 or R134." The next morning, I took the truck to a different shop and was informed that I only needed an AC hose replaced and the freon refilled. For roughly $700, my truck was repaired, and the AC now blows cold!
Elite Auto Repair wanted to charge over $2,700 for an unnecessary repair. Be careful with this place—they will sell you repairs you don't need. I wish I could get my $32.22 diagnosis fee back, but oh well.

I am absolutely furious with the service at your store. I had an 8 am appointment to have my engine light checked, a crucial task given my work schedule. I dropped off my car at 7 am, giving you over 8 hours to address the issue. When I returned at 3 pm, I got nothing.
Your excuse? "We were busy with other cars." This is beyond unacceptable. Why bother scheduling appointments if you're going to ignore them? To add insult to injury, I was told to wait another 2 hours.
The truth is, you forgot my car—you simply chose to lie and cover it up. A simple admission of a mistake would have been somewhat tolerable. Instead, you opted for dishonesty and tried to charge me extra for your incompetence. This is utterly disgraceful.
I scheduled an early appointment to ensure ample time for you to do your job. Yet my car sat neglected for over 7 hours. This kind of service is not just poor—it's infuriating.
I've been to this store several times, but after this experience, I will never return. Your workers are useless, and your service is a joke. To anyone reading this, avoid this place at all costs. They don't respect their customers' time, and they certainly don't deserve your business. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
ADD: Don't reply this comment like "Unfortunately, we were unable to locate your information in the system for this location." My car information is 2018 Chevy Impala LT. Name is Barry Chu. Go search it. I don't mind to put my information here.

I've been using Elite for our fleet vehicles for some time now. Keri, Ryan and Sean provide amazing customer service and are on point with communication and updating me with status changes. I am new to the area and needed some work done to my vehicle. I went to Costco tires to ask where to go but the recommendation he gave was booked for over a week. I called the Yoto place recommended by the nice man behind me in line, and the owner of that shop said to take my non-Toyota vehicle to Elite. I’m so glad he did.
Trish was so nice to me on the phone and accommodating as soon as I got there. I will definitely be back any time I need oil changes and anything else. Thank you so much for making a stressful day better.
