A week ahead of time, I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my husband for Valentine’s Day. Valentine’s Day came and went……no strawberries, no phone call, no email……nothing EXCEPT a charge of $50. and change on my credit card. I was so angry. I understand that “stuff” happens, but you call or email to apologize or SOMETHING. It appears that the only thing this store is good at is charging for NO PRODUCT OR SERVICE. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I’d like to see them try to dispute my dispute. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER DELIVERED!!!

I placed an order over a month ago to be delivered today but the order hasn’t been updated and I can’t reach anyone despite calling at different times. Choose somewhere else if you need a gift for a loved one.

I used to love getting the fruit cups until they changed the sizes to very tiny cups. Everything at Edible is now way overpriced. You're better off learning how to do it on your own

Received a gift, missed the delivery and it was a little hard to reach the location to reschedule delivery. Ended up picking it up. The fruit was fresh and the ladies off of the Broadway location were friendly!

I tried ordering from this location and the guy that answered was not helpful. I let him know the website didn't allow me to customize- he just said - you can't remove anything but you can add. When I asked for help no help was offered. I wanted to create something special for my daughter. I asked if I could order over the phone and he said we prefer you to order online. Horrible customer service. I'll take my business elsewhere.

What was meant to be a special Mother's day gift between my grown granddaughter and myself, sadly ended up being a very disappointing and failed experience.After 2 days in a row of returning to this place of business to check on an order already placed and paid for, we ran into nothing but unanswered inquiries. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone, so you're forced to show up physically. And, after returning again today for the third time on Mother's Day, there was other people as well frustrated with issues. So we offered to come back. The clerk said our order would be ready in an hour. We decided to come back to help her workload with the long line. We came back a couple hours later, and shockingly, the business was closed. No note or notice on the door. No answer on the phone or door still during normal business hours well before they closed.Finally after knocking on the reardoor to see if they would/could answer the young woman told ys she was busy eating lunch. After she was very rude exchange the young woman shut the door came back handed our order to us and literally slammed the door shut. After inquiring, she refused to give us the manager or the owner's name claiming she did not know.What a very sad way to treat their customers.I have frequented this establishment before in the past, and I wish I could say it was always a good experience. However this experience yesterday and today was the worst.After losing my grown son, my granddaughter's father, she was trying to make this difficult Mother's Day special.If the owner ormanager reads these posts, I would appreciate a phone call. It still sits in our refrigerator.

This store is horrible. We drove over 35 minutes to Tempe location for an order that was supposed to be ready by 11am. When we got there yesterday at 1, we were told are 300 dollar order was never sent to there store from corporate. Even though we were holding confirmation and pick location in our hands. To make matters worse at 7pm we received a notification our order was picked up! Picked up by who? We were told you never had our order. They will not answer their phone at all we left multiple messages. They have not returned money or acknowledge there horrible service at all.

Placed a delivery order days in advance and noted details. Item was not delivered and I called the store many times with no answer. When I did speak to employee, they were very brief and showed no empathy.

They did an excellent job at making things right! On Valentine's Day the doors were locked with this sign on the door. I went to the Chandler location and not only did they have the chocolate dip strawberries I ordered from the Tempe store waiting for me, but they also gave me an additional box of chocolate dipped strawberries and a box of "apology cookies" to make up for the mix-up. It was well worth the trouble. The strawberries were excellent!

I went to this location at around 11 on a Thursday and it seemed to be totally closed and possible abandoned. I had even checked their hours before going to confirm that they were supposed to be open. Even the hours on the front of the store say they should be open; I’m not sure why they aren’t.

If I could give this a -10 I would. This was the first time I decided to think outside the box and order from here. Ordered a beautiful arrangement for my bosses birthday - a little late in the day. Called the number on the confirmation email - which is Corporate and after being on hold for over 10 minutes he confirmed my order would be ready in time. My co-worker drives over there to get it and the store is closed, door is locked, boxes stacked outside. He was informed by UPS that this happens all the time. Finally I get a call from another Manager at a different store that informs me they had an emergency and had to close early. They could deliver it to me from a different store at no charge but it would be several hours before we could get it (after we close for the day) or refund me my money. I decided on the refund. I appreciate that they refunded me but this is still super unacceptable, not to mention the UPS driver said it happens all the time.....hmmmmm.....but it will be the last time I ever order from them.
