They meet all my needs. Good number of machines and very helpful staff. We got a good rate that we can pause when not in town.

Friday, September 06, 2024, I spoke to Eduardo and asked him if I can speak to someone who can answer my questions unfortunately upper management was in their branch and have a meeting and asked if they can give us a call back and speak to a consultant and I said "YES". I waited the rest of the day, but I did not receive a phone call. The next day, September 07, 2024, we showed up and mentioned I spoke to Eduardo about calling me back but never heard from anyone. Eduardo heard me and approached us and was very apologetic and explained to us what happened that someone threw the note where my phone number was written to which I responded, "No worries, totally understand". He asked us to sign up in the tablet and upon signing Sophia directed us to follow her. We sat down and asked different questions why we came to the EOS. After answering all her questions, she asked us again to follow her so she can walk us in the entire building. As we were walking, she was talking so fast that we did not get any information we needed to because she was talking so fast like 1000 words per second and at the end of every sentence, she says the word "SOLID" louder than other valuable information about the gym that we want to know other than the word "SOLID". That was a 2-minute walk around the gym. We were asked to sit again, and her question is "So what package do you want to sign-up" and showed us the package. I asked her about military discount that they offer and immediately said we do not acknowledge and/or recognize that offer. We asked questions but again she does not take her time to explain instead she was rushing and talking extremely fast - not considering if she is talking clear to her potential clients that all she wants is sign here and we are done. All you can hear in every sentence is SOLID.......... SOLID...... SOLID. With that we said NO we are not interested and decided to go to another branch who spoke to us for 30 minutes or more and answered all our questions very professionally and signed up for family package.

Gym is nice, but they do not allow parents to bring their child as a guest. Mine is 15 and I was told that he would need his own membership to use the gym till he is 18, then he can be my guest... I canceled my membership online since you cannot cancel your membership at a eos location..

Signing up for personal training here was a horrible judgement call. The first session was just talking and a bodyscan. The remaining training sessions were four exercises, dragged out to fill the 30 minutes with no warm up. He would make me take long breaks between sets with weird small talk. When I asked to change personal trainers, I was told I was not allowed to until I have gone through 6 sessions with them. When I decided I would rather wait out my 3 month contract than work with him, I came to terms with the money I had lost, the bad choices I'd made, and falling for a personal training membership. But since my 3 month contract ended, I have called and come in to cancel, filled out forms online and everything else I am told will get it cancelled, and yet every two weeks, I am charged again. I have lost over double the money I originally agreed to pay, I am now told no one that works in that building is able to cancel my membership. I am making this review in desperation that someone can help me get this cancelled. I have been punished enough, please.

Everything about it is amazing from the staff, equipment, to the classes. Wish they had one in Bartlett TN.

Been going to this gym for awhile and I really enjoy the size and cleanliness of the place. I will say though that lately Ashley has done an amazing job greeting people and making them feel more at home. Which makes the gym feel like a lot better place to be

Beware of predatory behavior within their instructors; If you want to feel safe I advise you to be very thoughtful when selecting this location, or perhaps any location… They need a more thorough way to evaluate the individuals they are hiring. Especially if it’s a class where an instructor can touch you! Anyone should feel safe taking a class or going to the gym without being put in extremely uncomfortable situations. I’m completely unimpressed by the lack of support from management as well.

I really enjoy the cycling classes at EOS. However, the general manager Anthony is quite unhelpful and has an unpleasant attitude. When you call for assistance, he often claims there's nothing he can do.
If you encounter issues with your membership or payments, it's best to contact ABC Financial directly, as the manager seems to lack the necessary knowledge and won't be of much help.

Coming in at busy crazy hrs is never no fun but Anthony and Aisen as well as the other staff there are all super friendly. Always all smiles, which makes this location my fav. ☺️

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year and love the selection of weights that go up to 150lbs dumbbells- as well as the extensive bench , squat rack and Olympic lifting platforms and cardio equipment / cinema ect. There’s not a better value . In the last few months the gym has really improved cleanliness and the staff is always helpful and engaging especially Aisen L. at the front desk !
