I usually read reviews about businesses before trying them out, because I like to know how they taking care of their current customers especially if I'm planning on being one. I made a big mistake of not reviewing this business(Eos fitness )And it's crazy so many people are having issue with being overcharged in their account, and so am I and the issue is still not resolved. Ive been with la fitness for 10+ yrs and never had an issue , and if there was one , the issue was resolved on the spot... I didn't have to going through the whole staff from: front desk ,fitness managers and there's so many I can't keep count of all but I wrote down everyone name I spoke to because there's always a new staff, smh. Furthermore I reach out to the Gm ( Justin R, who till this day never respond, and then district manager g johnson, who sounded like he was going take care of the issue, and told me I won't be charged anymore, I was hopeful, but beginning of this month I got charged again, I reached out to district manager again regarding same issue , but still no response. Issue been going on since December of 2023. This is so frustrating and the gym is where I don't need stress , I go there to feel not just physically good but helps my mental also being a retired veteran. I need a refund asap. They need to get better control of people finances, I knew it was suspicious when they want so much of your financial information. They need to get this location under control. There's other issues, but this is my main concern, I hope someone reach out to fix it. No stars for me, but I don't have that option, forced to give 1

This place is a JOKE. I canceled my membership back in September 2023 and was informed that there was a 30-day cancellation window, which meant I would be charged for the month of October. I agreed to this understanding, as it seemed fair at the time. However, it is now February 2024, and I am still being charged for my membership despite having canceled it months ago. I have made multiple phone calls to the gym in an attempt to resolve this issue, but each time I am given the runaround and told that the "operations manager" will call me back. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a single call from them. I am at a loss as to how to get this matter resolved. It is incredibly frustrating to be continuously charged for a service I no longer use, especially when the gym refuses to contact me or provide any assistance. I have been a loyal customer of EOS gym for a significant period of time, and this treatment is both disappointing and unacceptable.

They just can't get it right at this gym. First I was told that there was a $0.14 enrollment fee but I actually was charged $50. When I called about it they said it is what it is, that I had to pay the enrollment fee anyway. Because I had already had a prior membership within the year I was told I wouldn't be charged $60 for the annual fee. You guessed it, I was still charged. I went in & asked about this & was told I would be refunded. I checked my bank account & they refunded me the $50 enrollment fee instead of the $60 annual fee. They just can't get it right. Maybe if they hired people older than 12 to work there, this wouldn't be such an issue.

I stopped at this location today to sign up for a membership. I told the front desk guy that I wanted to sign up. He seemed bothered to have to find someone to help me because that's exactly how he said it. " I'll see if I can find someone to help you." He went and spoke to a couple of co workers sitting at some desks as they were carrying on a conversation. So I patiently waited over 20 minutes while they continued their conversation and the front desk guy went back to viewing a computer screen. He never said if anyone would assist me so after waiting 20 minutes, I just left.

I hadn't been much of a group fitness person until I joined EOS last year - the group fitness instructors are really good - particularly like Marlon and Thomasa - they bring a lot of energy and fun in their classes! Check out Brittney for body pump! The group fitness space is on the small size - get there a little early to save your spot. Haven't had experience with the trainers - friend of mine though had similar experience with the reviews on here.

Was a member for 3 months. I signed up for all location top membership so I could take fitness classes anywhere they were offered. The app was updated so members could not search for classes where they are offered. The times of the classes are wrong and staff refuses to assist. When canceling membership assistant manager lied and said he cancelled. Since I did not receive a confirmation I went back next day to make sure cancellation was processed and refused to leave without confirmation. This gym is not trustworthy

I have to put in a positive review for this EOS location that I signed up with June 2023. Location on McClintock and Ray. The gentleman signed me up. Ethan, was one of the most down the Earth Coolest confident knowledgeable sales rep I’ve dealt with, then I got a chance to meet the Staff in the kids area of the gym, because that’s what helped me make my decision where I would sign up so I can bring my 6yr old, Mini-Me, daughter. The Kidz area was very spacious with a separate section designed like a mini movie theater. My daughter and I love going to the movies when I have her every other weekend, so that’s a plus. I compliment not only Ethan, Ana, Olivia, Dion, and one of the managers with the Coolest name, Cole aka “Ice Cole.” Their customer service, their sense of humor, their willingness to help and also save me Money on my membership, deserves recognition. I know a lot of negative comments sometimes overshadows the positive comments, but I wanted to flip the script and really showcase the positive side of EOS gym and my experience and my daughters experience. No place is perfect and we’ve had one challenging experience, but the way it was dealt with by On the leadership team, impressed me to continue and keep my membership. I will continue going to this gym for as long as God allows me to. Thank you to the staff again, Olivia, Ana, Ethan, Dion with a Cool-Calm-Collective demeanor, and again, Mr. ICE COLE! I would definitely like to support your business as A fellow entrepreneur entrepreneur. So let me know the next time you restart your clothing line business

Tyler is the best!! I wanted to leave this review to complement and praise his excellent customer, service and attention to detail. Out of over six Eōs locations, Tyler was the only one who took the time to truly help me resolve all the issues I had with my account. She help me sign up and I highly recommend to sign up with Tyler. He is a gentleman and quite courteous as well. Been a member here since 2018 The cardio machines are good. Ellipticals, tread, mills, and stair climbers. I've noticed that some of the treadmill's are a little bit wobbly so I've had to switch machines a few times when I work out here. The movie room as awesome as well. It can really make the cardio pass by quickly. I believe this location is a little bit smaller as they used to be our old **Gold's's gym. They still have an adequate amount of equipment to get a great workout in. The squat racks are fully equipped, although I wish they had a few more of the ones with wooden boards, they only have one. They are continuously improving and renovating the outdoor Fitness area. The functional fitness areas. Awesome here. They have something for everyone. The pool has three laps. Love doing swimming cardio after a good workout! They have a shared sauna, which is an interesting experience at times. Simply put, I feel like this is something that should be separated into both different genders, but considering the size of location, this is definitely acceptable. The parking lot can be a battle ground at times. Be careful! Do your best to refrain from going to Dunkin' Donuts in the same parking lot, right after the workout! Ha ha. Maybe this is just a problem that I have. I really need to lose weight.

I called the front desk and they were not helpful at all. Incompetent staff and zero customer service was provided to me. I do not feel like a valued member here.

Alcee does not communicate with customers. Being charged and not refunded for their mistake and still want me to uphold my contract when they wont uphold their end. really wish i could just be done with this gym once in for all. I really liked it there but they have no compassion for people who have unexpected expenses pop up. and do not care about the reasons why they have to cancel there memberships. communication is key in my book.

I've been a member of EOS for at least 6 years. I like that there are many locations through the Valley. The classes are great and they have a lot of freestanding weights plus treadmills, bikes and ellipticals.

Terrible customer service, I have attempted 3 times now to cancel memberships and instead of it cancelling I have had to pay $80, despite speaking to an employee who assured me he had cancelled my membership, it was not cancelled. Absolute SHARK of a business that only wants your money, they make cancelling your membership extremely difficult. I have emailed the manager and supervisor 3 times and have gotten no response, genuinely the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

I started going to this gym when it first opened, stopped during covid and just signed back up. I'm shocked at how unmaintained and filthy the place is. So many machines missing pieces or just broken. The place is incredibly run down and doesn't appear to have had a thorough cleaning in a while. The bathroom is next level disgusting. So many stains everywhere. They really need to do a better job maintaining this place.

I love coming to this gym mostly because of Marlon Salem’s classes. He is by far the best Zumba instructor in the east valley. He definitely has a following, which I am happy to be a part of. He has regular classes at three different locations all of which I attend. ❤️

I used to prefer coming here over LA Fitness but recently the experience has been awful. The clientele is trash most likely because the membership staff do not teach them proper gym etiquette and enforce rules. People treat this space like it is their private gym. Working out barefoot in a public gym is gross. Someone recently colored their hair in the women's locker room which stained the sinks. This morning, a door to a bathroom stall was off half of the hinges. It is also weird that they allow non-EOS staff to train here. It is not staffed appropriately. For example, there have been times when the women's locker room is out of toilet paper or soap and the men working the front desk have shrugged and said there is nothing they can do. It is unsanitary and dangerous.
