I just bought a 2010 Cadillac STS from Dream Garage. 37000 miles. Beautiful car. Well taken care of. Bobby, my sales rep was amazing. I bugged him for a week. He did everything he could to help me get into the car. Sent me pictures, kept me updated on the progress. It had a bad break sensor, took about a week to get the part so I could safely test drive her. The A/C vents were not working properly, they got that fixed. He let me get a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) done by my mechanic, she passed with flying colors. Even the boss, Mariya helped us reach an agreement that fit my needs. She was more then willing. The day I went to pick her up, she wouldn't start. We jumped her, found out the battery was 7 years old. Remarkable for Arizonia heat. Then Bobby took me over and bought me a brand new battery out of his own pocket. All in all, wonderful time hear, great staff. Very helpful and attentive. If you get a chance, go see them. Bobby will take care of you. Tell them I sent you.

We loved purchasing our car from Dream Garage! The prices are very fair on their vehicles and they also gave a great price on our car we traded in. Our salesman, Steve, was very professional and personable as was every other employee we spoke to. We will definitely go back to them next time we are in the market!

Well, I haven’t gotten the car yet, I got everything done that I have needed and I truly believe that Frank and Pierre are doing everything they can in order to get this car on the road. The people that I have communicated with havre done an excellent job at moving the chains and I really hope I can get this 4/5 to 5/5 after I finally get this car.

I purchased an 08 SRT eight challenger Paul was my salesman, he got the better of me on the trade as to any car dealership, but on the purchase, I was told just like in there listing no problems. Car was in great shape, but when it came time to leave with a car, we could not because it was not drivable and apparently not fixable they took it to a second Mechanic to be fixed again still not fixed so my son missed his prom and his graduation in his car and when we took it back the third time to be fixed it blew a hose after we complained of getting hot I had to pay to fix itnow the car has been worked on three times and still not fixed and the owner is dodging my calls. Now the Attorneys have to handle it!! Beware if you’re gonna buy there from Pierre.
I’m so tired of being bullied by business and corporations. You have no idea what you’re even discussing on here when I bought the car I never even left with it because it was undrivable superstar. Mechanic was supposed to have fixed it and broke his thumb so how did you have your best mechanic on it when you farmed out the work to a mechanic you didn’t know , my son couldn’t have had anything to do with it because it was a problem while it was on your lot. That’s what you told your salesman. Why did he put the car out there for sale like that is why he doesn’t work there anymore this guy $3500, and what he fixed the brakes and the bearings on the front of the car, but he was unaware that was not the problem. the speed sensors which teenage son tried to inform him, but he knew better and the control arms needed to be replaced. You said you offered me the opportunity to use my warranty that I paid for when these were items that should’ve been dealt with before you got rid of the car or at least inform me of so now I came out of pocket to fix two hoses that your perhaps correct that you cannot determine when a hose is going to blow, but I had less than 500 miles on that car when it happened. The car was overheating and he informed your salesman who no longer works for you because he gave us a car when it shouldn’t have gone out whatever it is obviously, but the truth will come out. I don’t care salesman was great and that’s the best compliment I can give him but the way you’ve handled your business and it cost me all this money and I didn’t get the car for over a month after paying for it that’s absurd. That’s not a good way to do business but you go ahead. And by the way, I have all the text messages and voicemails to prove everything that I’m saying so there it is there.

Dream Garage is one of those dealerships that once you buy a car from them, you’ve got a dealership for life. I have purchased two cars here, because they are the type of dealership that sells cars you would mistake for new, but also many of the cars you just can’t find anywhere else. My first purchase was a BMW X5 and they were the only dealership that had one with factory 21 inch wheels. It just happened to be the color, mileage, and had all the options that I was looking for. The X5 has turned out to be a super reliable car that serves me well, and I get lots of compliments on it. I went back the second time and bought a BMW 435 Gran Coupe. I had been kind of looking for a second car, and to be honest the owner is pretty hot and I’m a sucker for her accent, so I went to Dream Garage again. They had this 435 that was the same color as the my X5 and absolutely loaded with options. This is a sporty sedan that is a better commuter car than you’d think. It gets over 30 miles to the gallon on the freeway and hauls A__! Both of these cars have been really reliable, especially considering that they are European cars. Dream Garage thoroughly inspects and services every car by their shop before they are listed for sale. If there was anything wrong, they would’ve fixed them before they were advertised, so you’re not just buying something that looks pretty on the outside but something that has been checked out on the inside as well. All in all I’ve been really happy with the pricing on these cars, as they are both really good values for what I got, and you get what you pay for. When I was looking, I found cars that were cheaper, but not cars that were better cars for the money. That’s what Dream Garage provided me with. The best VALUE on the best vehicle, and that accent…
