My dog Penny absolutely loves this place! She seemed happy as can be when I picked her up and all the staff was so excited to meet her. I also really appreciated the fact that it didn't have the typical "dog daycare" smell and even the managers came out to welcome us. I can't wait to bring Penny back for more fun!

They don't return calls nor answer their phone. 4 years ago our dog was trained at this place and they use to answer their own phones. Now you can't even get through nor a return call!!!!

We take our dog to Doggie District regularly for daycare, and she's always excited to get in and play with the other dogs. We have also boarded her there once or twice and the staff took great care of her. The staff is always friendly and my dog seems happy when I pick her up...I couldn't ask for anything more!

Our dogs love to be at Doggie District Tempe. They are familiar with the routine and stay overnight 3-4 nights sometimes. This time our Bentley had a lick wound on his leg and the team at Doggie District went beyond the call of duty to get his cone on, apply antibiotic cream and wrap it. Bentley didn't like it at all and got a little "aggressive" but they went above and beyond to keep Bentley safe and we appreciate it!

I moved to Phoenix several months ago and have been bringing my Yorkies here for at least 10 months now. I use Doggie District Tempe for boarding and also daycare. The staff are consistently attentive and ALWAYS friendly. My dogs LOVE coming here. When I pull into the parking lot, the dogs get so excited; it's like I can't open the door fast enough for them! Once inside, they run to the staff members, and no matter who is on duty, they know my dogs by name. From there, my dogs don't even look back at me lol.

Very impressed with the orientation. A little bit concerned about the male dog he gets to be a little bit domineering sometimes. But it seems he was acceptable and didn't cause any trouble. We look forward to our stay next week.

I've been taking my Chihuahua here for the past 3 years and my Golden retriever for the past 2. Although everyone truly cares for animals, there has consistently been poor communication - nobody has any idea what is going on. I will constantly get different answers from different people, or a request will not be fulfilled. Some issues I cannot completely blame them for, such as the absence of a groomer and the change to online scheduling. Many issues were made right by a manager, such as a terrible experience with a trainer. However the reason I will not be taking my dogs back is simply poor care leading to hot spots. We were told the dogs get routinely full body checked and had specifically requested brushing. I did not request a full groom because after a bath one time they brought my dog out to me afterwards with no collar on. We had paid extra for daily updates and were told our Golden was playing in the pool daily. What we were not told was that he was getting matted and covered in hot spots along the way. It's very unfortunate because my playful boy loves his time in the yard, but I don't know how I can trust this location anymore.
