Worked with Olivia on getting some patio furniture for a house they we recently bought. She met us with a smile and showed up all the options we had. Even when we were unable to get the patio furniture she still took her time to create a price list for us to take home. She is very knowledgeable about the product if anyway is looking for some awesome patio furniture I recommend you go see her. She will take her time to breakdown the prices and help you throughout the process.

Jason was a real pleasure to work with. He had great knowledge of the products and materials and had wonderful recommendations for our family. His communication throughout the process of purchase, delivery & follow-up thereafter have been second to none.It's been a year since delivery, and we highly recommend their products. The build quality and materials are worth every penny, and they still look like new after a year of direct sunlight, and I don't forsee that changing for a long while.

This 5 star review is a reflection of Arthur the associate i had the pleasure of dealing with. My wife and I spent the weekend looking at patio furniture at several places with average service and few below average . I stopped into Paddy O Furniture in my way back to work and Arthur took the time to explain their products and why they are worth the money . He was personal, professional and spoke to me wit a genuine attitude . I left buying the furniture I was liking for and by the time I got home Arthur had text led me thanking me and advising me he will make sure the delivery goes smooth . Great quality outdoor furniture. It holds up well in the Arizona Sun/heat and high winds. We purchased a glider, Adirondack chairs with ottomans made of recycled plastic. It held up amazing through two summers so far. Looks brand new and so easy to clean. We loved it so much that we went back and purchased the conversation set made of the recycled plastic. The cushions are plush, frames are heavy, sturdy and low maintenance. It is a bit pricier but you won’t have to replace it again for a long time. I have purchased other sets for them to wear down from the heat, sun and frequent use. No more outdoor furniture ending up in the pool, tossed around from the winds or cracking and fading. Buy it right the first time so you don’t have to end up spending even more money again and again. Thank you Jason for your excellent customer service. I highly recommend their quality outdoor furniture! Can’t wait for it to arrive!!

Very happy in every way. Ask for Nathan, great salesperson. Helpful, friendly, responsive, relaxed. Moved furniture around the store so I could get different perspectives and ideas. Newport collection so comfortable, very happy with it, Delivery and customer service were fantastic, responsive. Very flexible and accommodating. Happy customer.

The furniture is very high end, luxury outdoor living furniture-They have a large showroom,which may have been why no one helped me when I walked In store. I have not purchased any thing from here, but may go back.
