I love this location the staff is down to earth and explains everything so clearly. I went to make an appointment for a couple of tires after trying another Discount Tire store where I wasn’t seen after waiting several minutes in the lobby. So when I went to this Discount Tire (McClintock) I was greeted upon parking outside and the staff gentleman checked me in right there. They took my car and serviced it all within 1 hour. I was so impressed. Give these guys raises they are working hard in this summer heat. Thank you all guys.

Have been going to this location for years. Had my jeep aligned with in the last year after installing a new tie rod, store was really cool when I showed up and they did the alignment with no issues of the lift and tire size that my jeep had. Give them a call today to see if they can do an alignment check on my new front axle set up which they said over the phone they could. Showed up to the store went to the front counter walked back out with a sales person to have another sales person who was standing next to where I parked and seen me pull in to have him tell me that the manager of the store said they will not do the alignment check because of all the modifications that have been done on my jeep. Told him I had an alignment done at the store with the same set up. The only difference is I have a different front axle in the front which is 2 inches wider than the stock one no difference than putting wheel spacers on a vehicle and he is stating that they will not do the alignment check. Why couldn’t they have said this over the phone and not wasted my time driving down there and same for the salesman in the parking lot could have told me the same thing as he seen me pulling in. I feel like the reason why I was denied was because I was asking for the free alignment check this time….. location was Warner and McClintock

Although close, this has become my least favorite DTC. Each time I go, I get pressured for upsells, buying new tires I don't need or windshield wipers. Last time I was told they wouldn't rotate my tires since they're end of life (at 5/32"!) and I had to argue back and forth. It causes me to dread going there, I'm now going to a different one further away it's not worth the hassle I get at this store.

2 months ago, I brought my BMW in for rotation. I hand washed my BMW the next morning and noticed the left front tire was missing one lug nut. I brought the car in first thing the next morning and they told me to go buy one and they would reimburse me once I brought the paperwork in. Yes, they let me drive off with one lug nut missing. My Suburban rims have been all beat up by Discount Tire.. both of collectable pristine collectable Lancia’s have rim damage also. I guess I can just go spend the $3K+ and buy new rims for all four cars. The Lancia rims will be next to impossible to find in the USA sadly. 4 days ago, I brought my 2018 Fiat Abarth in due to a slow leak. The sales person looked at the tire in question and made a claim that my car has an alignment problem. I was now forced into buying a new tire. I requested to keep the tire for inspection. When I picked the car up my "new tire" was still covered with something I assume was on it to protect it while in transit / storage. The old tire was placed in my back seat. They broke my back shelf placing the tire in from the rear hatch. The new shelf is cost is $100. I removed the tire and looked at it. I made the sales person (I think he goes by JP) come out and look at it. It took him 30 seconds to agree it was a failed tire. He then adjusted the paper work and cost to reflect a tire replacement. I drove off and my TPS info showed the new tire at 24 pounds and the other 3 were 28, 31 and 44. I turned around and had them fill the tires to the 40 pounds per spec. When I got home, I hand washed the tire and noticed the rim being scraped badly (once again Discount Tire has destroyed another rim on one of my cars) I am sad writing this review but people need to know the World-famous Discount Tire has turned into a hack business for nice quality cars. I am sure the failed tire scam happens all the time as most people will not review the old tire and they will never say a word about it. Sad sad sad

Just worst place to get service all of them are like this ,if it was up to me I would avoid all discount tires just up sale people, but my company has account here, they just suck

Planned to get tires from Costco but found out during my appointment my key to unlock my lug nuts was missing. Sadly I believe another discount tire location forgot to give it back to me when changing my flat. The team at this location was very accommodating, was able to get me into an appointment right away and only had to wait 30 minutes. They were able to match the Costco price and take the lug nuts off without damaging my rims. Overall very pleased with the services here! Always make sure they hand you the lug nut key back :)

Treated me well. Made appointment. Out in 35 min with 2 new tires! Got >$100 credit for old tire with puncture. Highly recommend!
