Brought car here twice for rotation and it vibrated like crazy after. Brought it back an employee said oh yeag this is wrong we will fix it, sorry, then i leave and same thing happens again. Im now at a different location for try #3

Spent $903 on a new set of tires, when I got home I checked the pressure and one of them was at 63 lbs.. Also wanted the spare checked, so I got everything out of the back so they could easily get to it. The spare should be at 60 lbs psi, it was at 40 lbs. Worst service experience at D T in 40 years.

An employee wanted to make a sale instead of taking into consideration that I needed to be somewhere by 6, I was quoted a certain time and in 4 hours my car hasn't been touched, meanwhile customers that have come after me have come and gone.
