I can honestly say I couldn't have imagined a company so dysfunctional and incapable being so profitable. Delays, holds, false claims about attempts, and never able to get a supervisor when calling. All outsourced call center barely understandable impressively unhelpful. "That is not possible" is their goto phrase.

It has been over 2 weeks now and the packet is yet to be delivered to its final destination in US. Delivery was attempted it seems 10 days back and it seems office was closed that time. Question is why they have to wait for 10 more days for another delivery attempt. As of today, packet is out for delivery - second delivery attempt after 10 days, after doing multiple follow ups with DHL express. Not sure whether it will delivered today or they will try it after office hours and again it will be back ON HOLD. Such a lousy service...ordinary post from India would have reached by now. Don't even think of using their service. So unprofessional and lousy service.Latest update received just now ...packet not delivered even today ..office closed it seems - had clearly mentioned to escalation team that the recipient office will be open only from 9am to 4pm EST. Inspite of this delivery was attempted after 5:30 pm EST. Now it seems I am not eligible for refund because it originated from india.This is related to a social security claim for my differently abled daughter.Please to all my friends out there ...if you can please avoid this DHL Express, do that ...they will take you for a ride and you will go mad in the end.

My recent experience with this courier company has been nothing short of a complete disaster. Not only did they lose my shipment, but their incompetence resulted in financial losses of over $500+, ruined events, and a half-hearted attempt at compensation.To begin with, DHL managed to misplace my shipment, which was of utmost importance for my upcoming events. Despite providing them with accurate information and ensuring that all details were correct, they failed miserably in delivering the package to the intended address. Instead, the driver carelessly dropped it off at the wrong location, leading to a cascade of unfortunate consequences.The repercussions of DHL's negligence were severe. Not only did I lose the merchandise valued at over $500, but the shipment was also crucial for a series of events that I had been planning meticulously. The absence of these items left me in a precarious situation, scrambling to find alternatives at the last minute. The ripple effect of their failure disrupted the flow of my events, tarnished my reputation, and left me profoundly disappointed.When I contacted DHL to report the issue and seek resolution, their response was lackluster at best. They expressed their regret for the inconvenience caused and offered to refund only the shipping cost. This response was completely inadequate considering the magnitude of the losses I incurred, both monetarily and professionally. It is outrageous that they did not take full responsibility for their actions and only reimbursed a fraction of the actual damages caused.Furthermore, their customer service was equally disappointing. Dealing with their representatives felt like talking to a brick wall. They displayed a shocking lack of empathy and failed to offer any meaningful solutions or compensation for the distressing ordeal they put me through.DHL's inability to handle a simple delivery and their subsequent refusal to take full responsibility for their mistakes is inexcusable. Their negligence not only resulted in significant financial losses but also irreparably damaged my professional reputation. I trusted DHL with my shipment, and they betrayed that trust in the most egregious manner.In conclusion, my experience with DHL has been nothing short of a nightmare. Losing my shipment, wasting my hard-earned money, ruining my events, and only refunding the shipping cost demonstrates their utter disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against using DHL for any critical or time-sensitive shipments, as their incompetence and lack of accountability can have devastating consequences.

My husband paid for DHL to ship his very hard to get birth certificate, and they lost the delivery. It took hours of his time to find someone to help him. But they gave no support or proper solution for this, not even our money back. The driver literally called us when he was about to deliver, but was at the WRONG BUILDING and just left the important documents somewhere random. You'd think after a few months the package would be recovered given it has DHL all over it and tracking as well, but they don't respond to our emails. Next up on our list is a BBB complaint.

Horrible serviceMy package delayedNo attempt to deliver. Just because it’s a business doesn’t mean it HAS to have a suite No phone call or email …. Called them to make sure address is right even their website puts the address on address line 2 and 3 and they have not even attempted been waiting for my important package

Trying to get a delivery has been an absolute nightmare mare. I have been on the phone multiple times with people who can't seem to get a hold of the wearhouse to figure out what is going on. They have typed out instructions for the delivery driver multiple times and they don't even look at them. They Don't send text message updates like stated. I will never again voluntarily use this mailing service. It's been a disaster and knowone seems to be able to help me get the issue resolved . If you can use another service I highly recommend it.

I can't imagine how much worse service can get than that provided by this team. They don't return e-mails, calls are often met with "mailbox full" followed by disconnection. I spoke to perhaps half a dozen people from this location and got inaccurate information, if not downright untruths, on every call. It took me five weeks to get my shipment from a company with "Express" in their name, and only after trips to three different locations where they told me that my shipment was (guess what - the first two were incorrect). I got zero status notifications; I could only get updates from their on-line tracking system, which provided incomplete and untrue information. I will avoid DHL in the future at all costs.

Worst experience ever! Sandy Wilkins is the worst person I have ever talked to. DHL should be real ashamed. I never received my package but the tracking shows delivered with a proof of delivery. Sandy Wilkins lied to my face said there is no proof of delivery and a week later he stated that I will get my package on that day and rushed to closed the case. Another week passed and there is nothing! I walked in to the local service point and they said they never received any instructions to investigate! What a horrible person to lie to the customer, make up stories, and wasting every one’s time!

We paid an extra $100 dollars to get our stuff here by Tuesday. It didn't make it. When I called to get a refund they told me I had to contact the seller.

DHL is absolutely terrible!! I have been trying to get ahold of a human to ask where my shipment is that was supposed to deliver days ago!!I WILL NEVER USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY AGAIN!!

Every time I order something and it goes through DHL Express the delivery are always messed up. They can never get it to my door on the date they say. They are horrible. You have to call them over and over before they finally get their information right and 3 weeks later you're lucky to get your package. They treat you like your delivery is free. Like you, the customer, never paid for their "service".

This is the corporate office. They are not able to ship packages from this location. This is the customer service center and they assist customers all over the US and it's territories.

My first time using DHL I send some packages to South Africa first of all paid for the delivery of the item to arrive happen to be paid again to the client on the other end after contacting the corporate office to return the item because it became more expensive than what it was worth to get delivered to the client I went back-and-forth with corporate 16 calls 15 different people seven different emails and it still wasn’t resolved to the point of me losing my product and value $200 that they got to keep for free. I will never use DHL again

It was VERY expensive to ship my package from England to the US. That is no problem providing that the package is actually delivered to the correct location. However, my package was delivered to the incorrect place, and I was told if it could be resolved it could take weeks. Its very hard to contact someone to get this resolved. This is a time sensitive matter and I would just like to talk to someone that can give me answers.

What can I say this will be the third time they say my package will be delivered by end of day. It would be wise to tell the genius drivers that if they're going to fake a delivery attempt do it with someone who doesn't have camera's and a ring doorbell... Companies would be wise if they'd stop using dhl. I personally thought they were out if business.
