I had meant to provide a review much earlier but some things got in the way and distracted me from doing that. Which is really a shame, because Data Doctors is one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with! I had a very bad issue with my RAM that they diagnosed and fixed for me, as well as helping me resolve a couple smaller issues. I had to take my computer in a couple times but the staff there were helpful and polite every single time. I cannot recommend them enough!

Thanks to John and Mikayla for the great service and upgrades on my computer. Everyone was really friendly, helpful, professional communicative at this Scottsdale location. They also rushed to get the job done so I wasn't without my computer for longer than needed.
Great team. I would recommend their services to those in need of a computer fix or upgrade. Much appreciated.

I had a very negative experience with Data Doctors in Scottsdale. I needed them to install some RAM in my computer. I had the parts with me and I knew exactly what needed to be done. They refused to give me an estimate for the work without first charging me a $59 diagnostic fee. The fact that Data Doctors refused to give me an estimate without first charging me a diagnostic fee suggests that they are trying to take advantage of me. This seems like a scam to me, and I would advise anyone else to avoid doing business with Data Doctors.*Update: I have seen the reply and you do not understand my issue. I understand there is a diagnostic fee, what I don’t understand is why employees refuse to give an estimate for something as simple RAM upgrade. The problem is after your $59 service fee is complete I may not find your prices reasonable. It’s as simple as this: Your employeesshould have let the me known roughly how much you would charge for the service requested. I’ll pay the $59 fee I just need to know if your service rates are reasonable. 1 Star.

John and Mikayla did an outstanding job of cloning and then ensuring that my laptop worked perfectly. John was persistent in isolating problems with my email system and worked diligently to make the system work, even better than before the laptop was cloned. I highly recommend this company and its employees for all of your computer needs.

My Ge75 Raider Dragon steel series Gamer lap tob was acting up real bad, all kids of problums, went back to Best buy the geek squadwhich they said they updated everything and I shouldn't have anymore promblems, But it started back up again and shuting down to the point I thought I was going to just buy another computer, But I gave Data Doctors a final chance to find out the problems and after their repairs and updates, It's running like new again and it saved me a lot of money to fix my Raider instead of buying a new one.. Thank you to the staff at Data Doctors. They are so clear to take their time patiently to explain in detail what was wrong and what to do to prevent it from happening again, with their one year warrenty and a staff at the office available for me a phone call away. You walk away feeling real confident you spent your money wisely... I advise anyone to to give them a try you wont be disappointed..

Guy was super friendly, super knowledgeable, and made me look like an idiot when he fixed it with a simple power cord swap. 10 out of 10 would go be made a fool of again to get my tech working.

Excellent and courteous service, competent computer techs, and always answer the phone. My backup and updates are done routinely with the latest versions of antivirus software. John and Kayla are terrific technicians. Thanks for keeping my computer safe.

Technical issue solved within 30 seconds by **** (caused by me, not computer!). Reassured by *** that regular"check-up" on computer showed no viruses, malware, etc. I have taken my laptops to Data Doctors for decades and their superior assistance and knowledge is greatly appreciated.
