Yesterday I visited the MinuteClinic and was very ill. Nurse Practitioner Sara E. and the nurse (sorry I didn’t get her name) were SO kind and helpful. They took incredible care of me and figured out what was going on. They took time to give recommendations on how I should care for myself at home. I couldn’t have asked for better care. The pharmacy filled my prescriptions within 10 minutes! I would recommend this MinuteClinic.

It’s frustrating to have insurance coverage yet still be turned down by a pharmacy employee. My son went to CVS to pick up medicine that had been sent there from the hospital. A woman at the pharmacy told him the price was $36, but the issue arose when she brushed him off, saying they’re not contracted with United Healthcare insurance. I was shocked on the phone, thinking, “Since when?” All my prescriptions have gone to CVS for more than eight years. I told my son not to worry about it and just leave. Then she said she could check, but that should have been her professional choice from the start rather than assuming like that at CVS. I’m sure CVS doesn’t mind accepting insurance from clients who are covered. Now my child is left in pain, the meds are still in their system, and I had to order Tylenol on Amazon with my FSA card instead. I also called United Healthcare and was told they are contracted with CVS; they even provided other options for pharmacies around Tempe.

Extremely rude. I was on hold for 10 minutes and they hung up on me when asking about a prescription that I need. Avoid at all costs.

If you want to be followed around like a CRIMINAL while you’re literally holding printed out coupons FROM A CVS RECEIPT. Like I cannot believe how uncomfortable I felt with this manager following me around

Can you guys like ever answer the phone. Pharmacy closes at 8 and they stop answering phones at 6 make it make sense. I literally had to drive there for a simple question that would’ve been answered with a phone call. DO BETTER

horrible pharmacy services..... they don't answer phones!!!! on hold for 20+ minutes store manager says they're busy.....? hire people to work!!!!!
