Pharmacist Daisy Reeves was amazing. She helped over the phone and helped me tell my provider what medicine would be beneficial after the original prescription was extremely expensive. She spent an extensive amount of time on the phone with the provider trying to get a new prescription and was very kind when I went in to pick up the prescription.

I went in to get photos done and there was no wait time at all. Staff was awesome.

Very disappointed on service. After getting numerous texts and even calling my two prescriptions that I had gotten text alerts on for being available, that was not the case.

Pharmacy will not confirm if they heard back from doctor after doctor confirmed that they reached out to pharmacy.The pharmacy stated when I called that a medication couldn't be filled because they needed my doctor to confirm about a drug interaction. I called my doctor, who called the pharmacy and then I vcalled the pharmacy again when no update was provided. This time they said something else was the issue, but that they the pharmacy had nothing they could do and no responsibility for even an update.I asked whether the first problem they told me or the new one was explained to the doctor when the doctor called them, and the pharmacy just said that wasn't their problem.I asked if they could send a request or notification to my doctor letting them know that the prescription didn't go through and why and they said, "no. Not much we can do. Like ok?"This is a very basic system that they themselves said they used previously, so why now is it something that is not okay to ask for?Why is an update on the status something ridiculous to ask for?This is just a pain the- All I wanted was to know why the prescription isn't being filled and for them to send my doctor a notification that there is an issue. I'll be calling my doctor again, but it is easier if they can also confirm with the pharmacy that there is an issue.

The pharmacists and staff are wonderful. I've been going there for almost 6 years and when I come in, they greet me by name. It's a small town pharmacy inside my favorite store Target. Win win!

Should never have switched my families meds to CVS. Terrible customer service. If insurance doesn't cover a medication they just don't fill it. Just because insurance isn't paying for my medication doesn't mean I don't need it. Fill it regardless of the insurance coverage!

Always such a good experience. They treat their patients so well and with such care. Even when the are super busy they make sure they take time with you if you have any questions. Thank you CVS staff you are all wonderful!

Recently switched to this pharmacy and am extremely disappointed in service. I called today(11/14/22, approx 9:30am) confused about the status of my prescription(I wasn't sure which day I filled it last and asked for an update) and was met by the RUDEST employee I have EVER spoken with. I even called her out for being rude(after she spoke to me like I was 3 years old) and she didn't care to apologize and just hung up!! I've worked in customer service for 10+ years and I understand it's not always the easiest, but this was without a doubt the WORST experience I've had with a customer service phone call. Switching pharmacies asap. Not worth dealing with the rudest staff.

We had to change from another pharmacy to CVS because of our insurance. I tried to get a prescription transferred for my kid. There's no way to check prescription status online for a minor. There's also no way to check if a prescription is ready over the phone without a prescription number. So if you have a new prescription there's no way to tell if it's ready. I called and listened to hold music for 45 minutes. I go to the store. The pharmacist is new and can't use the computer system. The tech doesn't seem competent with the computer system. When I did finally get to talk to a tech, she told me it would take 48 hours to get the prescription transferred. She did not say this during the first call to get the prescription transferred. So my kid would be suffering and out of school for the rest of the week waiting on a prescription? If I had been told this I would have found another solution. This was my first experience with CVS and I would recommend avoiding the Target branch.
