Zero stars, please. My son parked here so he could go into the Chick-fil-A next door and then come right back to this CVS store, just 20 minutes later, so he could stock up supplies he needed for a long trip he was making, but unbelievably within that 20 minutes, they had his car towed unnecessarily. Nobody else was in the lot at 4:30 PM, as traffic was already leaving campus for the day. When we went inside to inquire about why they called a tow and who was responsible, we played Pass the Buck from employee to employee, and even the one who made the call wouldn’t take responsibility and admit that she did it. She just gave us the tow companiy’s number, and guess what? They charged us $150 to get the car back.
There was a time when we shopped CVS, but no more. The $150 they fraudulently took from us tonight will turn into tens of thousands of dollars lost for them when we, our family and our friends no longer shop CVS for the rest of our lives.
It’s a shame that they couldn’t think more sympathetically and supportively about a poor but hard-working and sweet college kid today, but they really did themselves in with the worst customer service imaginable. Completely unprofessional, uncaring, and undeserved.

Went to transfer a prescription from another CVS pharmacy.
Was quickly greeted by an energetic pharmacist.
While I waited for the prescriptions to be filled I walked the store and found a wide variety of items well stocked and the store clean.
Prescription was ready quickly and professionally.
I believe that person was D Friedline
Great job!

They have guys stalking the parking lot waiting for you to leave to have your car towed. Beware this CVS and Zip Tow. They even leave their tow truck running at the Chase next door. Vultures.

Purchase from any other pharmacy, preferably Amazon Pharmacy, but NOT FROM CVS.
This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The surrounding area is very bad, but let’s set that aside. The CVS pharmacy employees do not even attempt to resolve issues. Here's what happened to me: I purchased medicine with my ASU student insurance. I asked them about the price and whether it would vary at different pharmacies or remain the same. They told me it would be the same everywhere. Based on that, I decided to purchase from CVS since it was the closest, and I could visit in person easily.
In September, they charged me around $28 for medicine 1 and $22 for medicine 2. When I went back later to purchase the same medicines, the prices were different—around $18 and $21, respectively. This pattern continued for another two months, and by December, I realized how expensive these medicines had become for me. Spending $40 on two medicines as a student was a lot.
I started looking for alternative pharmacies and discovered that Amazon also has a pharmacy. Initially, I assumed they might charge for delivery fees, prime membership, and so on. However, after going through the app, I saw the average price for medicine 1 was about $4, and for medicine 2, it was about $12, and without any membership, etc. thing. I was genuinely surprised.
I immediately transferred my prescription to Amazon Pharmacy and ordered the medicines for $4 and $12. Afterward, I went to CVS to inquire why they charged me nearly 5 times the price for medicine 1 and 2 times for medicine 2. They claimed it might be due to company tie-ups. I also mentioned that one of their employees had told me that prices would be the same everywhere. Finally, I realized I could have easily saved around $70–$80 if I hadn’t purchased from CVS Pharmacy.
It became clear how insensitive the CVS employees were—they don’t care about saving their customers' money. Moreover, the employees lack sufficient knowledge about how prescription purchases work like how much insurance companies covers, and how the other pharmacies are giving at lesser price, etc. They couldn’t provide clear explanations for any problems and responded vaguely or ignored my concerns altogether. They were also very rude.
I have decided NOT to go to CVS for anything ever again.

DONT PARK HERE THEY WILL TOW YOU FOR NO REASON!!!!! I went into cvs and came out to see my car was taken by zip tow. They don’t care if you went in or not if they want some cash they will tow you! It doesn’t matter if you have a receipt, they do not care.

They will tow your car if you walk to the Chick-fil-A next door, even at 10:00PM on a Monday night when their parking lot is empty. The security guard must be getting kick backs.

The guy Wane is not very helpful and friendly. I'm just gonna ask for specific item and he was rude to answer. I know he is stocking items but would it be hard to be nice talking to customer? Went to this store 10:30pm and probably not gonna come back anytime soon. The white manager was supper friendly not sure how they get along.

The pharmacy manager Brian is the worst person I have ever met in all cvs locations I have visited.
he said all those pharmacists are wrong and breaking the CVS rule. They are using a loophole to use OTC medication from the shelf to dispense the prescription. He said his store will not do it. I asked what rule is breaking and where is the rule written but he couldn’t show me. Then he is giving me bad attitude and challenging my patience.
He said “hey don’t forget your med, you’re not buying it?! I can help you, don’t go”.
He then said “if other stores do it for you, don’t come here”.
He also said very loud to the extent that the entire store can hear that “if you wanna make it a big deal, call the cvs number to complain, I’m the pharmacy manager Brian”.
I just wanted an OTC medication to be dispensed from the pharmacy. The medication is on the CVS shelf. I took it to the pharmacy and provided my info for displaying the prescription for him to take the OTC medication to dispense. This is how my OTC prescriptions have been done in other 2 CVS pharmacies. My insurance covers some OTC.
I can’t believe this is how the part of customer service section in the “CVS rules” are written. Giving customer attitude, saying all other cvs pharmacies and pharmacists are wrong and he is the only right person following the rule.
I submitted complain on cvs customer relation to reflect this issue.

got asked for ID for a purchase, then they looked at my face and went, "Oh, California hmm that makes sense!", with an attitude. Please, can you explain what went wrong? What "makes senses"? What did I do besides visiting your store and paying for the goods?
