They finally got ONE male worker who seems to know what's going on, but still for the most part this is the worst cricket store for service n getting correct information. Only good for paying your bill.

Upgraded my phone on 8/24/21. Matthew helped with that process. Friendly and helpful with questions. The young lady there is also friendly and welcomes customers when they walk away in. Went back for a case which Matthew also helped with and put the screen protector and case on for me.Went once more yesterday to have protection plan removed. Matthew help with that also. All three experiences were five star.

I went in with an issue with my cellphone , turned out that my cellphone needed to be replaced. The employee helping me took it upon herself , to help me take care of getting my warranty to replace the phone for me. Being that I didn't even know that I had a warranty. I wish I would've gotten her name. It's employees like that , the ones that Go Above and Beyond that keep me as a customer.

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with the manager Matthew over a mistake that was made at the branch level. When the mistake was identified I was informed to call 611 and “plead”with them for the correction credit in the most dismissive manner. Keep in mind the mistake was identified as a technical mistake. As a 8 year customer of Cricket and a customer service manager… I have never received this type of treatment and initial lack of respect. I stayed and called customer service still not sure what to tell them myself. The burden of handling this mistake was put on me as the customer which is crazy. Luckily for me some one was in the branch from corporate that helped facilitate the correction. I asked to speak with the district manager 4 times and even emailed her, Karen G. but did not get a response. It appeared that no one wanted me to contact the district manager.

I have had the others and I am happiest with them Mathew is the manager and miss de la Rosa has also helped me they are good and My phones are half what I was paying at Srint or Verizon or Cell One.
