Forget Att, Virzon, T-Mobile ect. The team at McClintock are true heroes. I could not imagine going else where. Professionals at their task and I love them for it, they made my job easier bc of :
Shanon- took her time and worked with me till the end ! Live her patience and cs when was alone and busy ?
Laura- great cs and gave good advice on upgrades! And walked me thru it.?
Rodrigo- mgr took on another issue (my fault) I had and helped me step by step till I was satisfied ?

Since the main store closed in Mesa due to the plandemic, this cricket location gives me the 2 ND best service. They know what they are doing n they treat everyone w respect.

Their staff is more knowledgeable than the other stores run my other authorized cricKet dealers. The Manager rocks. Unlike other stores, this store will give you the discounts deserved that cricKet is offering to those that have to change their phones because 3G phones are no longer going to be supported. Other stores in the area do not provide the proper information and try to get you for more money. I do however think cricKet / At&T are really bad for making us buy phones. They are offering really bad phones for free. When you buy a phone from them, they still make you pay a stupid ripoff activation fee. A real rip-off to their customers. This might be a great lawsuit against cricKet and AT&T

Joycelyn went above and beyond to help with my issue caused by another carrier. She spent a lot of time making sure I was able to get my number back, and saved me money in the process. She was friendly and professional. This woman should be promoted or given a raise lol.

I went in looking for a new phone. After not being satisfied with any model online, I decided to go in to check them in person and I am so glad I did! The sales associate Carina was the friendliest most helpful associate I've found in a while. She directed me to a great phone that stayed in price range, case and protection plan included. She made everything quick and easy; I was out of the store in under 20 minutes. Fantastic experience and I will definitely return if I ever need to visit a store again.

This specific Cricket store is the bomb! I absolutely loved the customer service that I experienced. I had a relationship with metro pcs for like 2-3 years, and like many relationships, it was all good in the beginning. Until, the issues, failure to communicate, and lack of appreciation began to manifest. I don't like companies or corporations to rob me or make my already hectic life more difficult, so I'll gladly pay cricket for making this process a "no hassle." I would like mention Jocelyn and Karen as the two awesome and super cool girls that hooked me up with my new iphone. I never felt pressured, rushed, or like games were being played. They were straight up, which I like. Oh and they definitely went the extra mile in everything they did. Totally deserve raises or whatever incentives cricket gives. I am now a happy and loyal customer, won't even look at Metro! Anyway, thank you ladies for your awesome customer service!!!!

Debbie was awesome! Although the store was near closing, she still patiently helped me buy a new phone and found the cheapest options. She gave me helpful tips on how not to break this new one. Very satisfied with her services. Even though I had a long day, she helped make everything transition smoothly and ensured I understood everything I was buying. She even set a new screen and case seeing as I'm not too tech savvy when it comes to phones. I'd give the store more stores if that was an option.
