Sherrie attempted to bring my new phone online. Changed passwords. 3 1/2 hours. Now? It doesn't give me my texts half the time. Can't get to my Facebook accounts anymore. Including my BUSINESS account. She destroyed my phone access trying to install the e-sim. Untrained. Unrestrained access to my phone ended with making my new phone nearly useless. This shouldn't have happened. They are untrained and not capable of doing their job.

Worse cricket experience I've had. The smell of body oder and the crying tweaker weren't even the worse part. The lack of professionalism coupled with the disregard for customer service was the straw that broke the Camel's back. Ill go out of my way in the future not to visit this particular location.

I have been having issues with my phone and I have was at the store several times. Finally after getting a new phone a huge thanks to Cynthia for setting up my phone. She's very patient and knows everything about a phone. Great job!!!!
