Terrible customer service. I walked around the store just browsing at all the cute stuff. The ladies there just looked at me but didn’t say a word. I even got close to the counter to see the jewelry and they walked away and carried on their own personal conversation. Not welcoming at all!

Walked into creations in Tempe Town marketplace. Two girls up at the desk talking laughing completely ignoring customers. I had a number of items in my hand and no one even said hello or can I help you although they had nothing else to do. I thought if they don't care I don't need to try these on and I don't care either. So I left. That little boutique lost about 200 plus for sales but apparently they don't really care. It's amazing that owners put people like this in there to run their stores. I have also gone into stores before with nothing really in mind to buy and the salesperson was so great I ended up walking out with five or $600 worth of clothing just because they made it fun

Every single time I’ve bought anything from this store, it shrinks beyond recognition. I love the clothes at this place, but for how expensive everything is, I’m appalled that I literally can’t even wear anything after a single wash. I follow the directions on the tag, hand wash, hang to dry, and they still shrink so badly that they become goodwill merchandise because I can’t wear them. I bought a size up to try to combat any shrinkage and now I have a pair of pants that are much too short (after washing) and now too baggy in the waist. Pants that were floor length when I bought them and now they’re shin length after one wash.I will never buy anything from here ever again after wasting over $200 on what was originally very cute clothes that are now on their way to goodwill. What a shame. Let this be your warning that anything you buy from here is basically a single wear item.

I bought two summer tops from this store. After I got home and found out that some of the styles the salesperson told me does not work. Will try talk to store manage tomorrow.

I love this store, I love their apparel, I come here every time I visit the Tempe marketplace from Florida. I can always find something unique. And what a great employee, Rebecca was very helpful and enthusiastic.

Outfits were cute but the stuff was very rude when I asked if they had any other sizes in the back because I couldn’t find a specific top in my size. If you’re a larger person (over the size large) I would not suggest this place as it is not a welcoming environment for larger sized people.

Disappointed does not even convey the feelings about this experience. My first visit was awesome, the clothing which is very new style for me. This visit, I was not assisted. The girls were at counter, I asked 3x for a dress off the wall before I was acknowledged. The clothes are not near as nice as they were.

Love this place!!! I used to go to the one on mill Ave and then they moved to Tempe marketplace. I went in yesterday. Haven’t been in a while. I feel bad I never got anyones name, but the lady who helped me when I was looking at things was just so thoughtful and attentive. I was alone and she was there like she was my friend telling me if it looked great or didn’t work. Then the woman who seemed like a manager checked me out and she had amazing positive energy. This store has such a great selection and works for so many body types. My favorite store for sure.

I have to give a huge shoutout to a very sweet Theresa. She gave me a warm greeting and helped me hunt down an almost nonexistent jacket I had my eye on a month back. She searched all around and found the last one in my size. Her positive energy and great customer service will defiantly lead to me going back very soon!!
