If you need to pay your bill here, be careful.Some of the staff seems to be very young.And very inexperienced, the few that know what's going on seem to be a little stock up here.Have had bad experiences?One on one have paid for my bill and it still showed up that I had not paid my bill.So i'm very clearly of doing business here

This company is absolutely terrible. The service is unreliable with outages multiple times per month. I switched to a new provider and when I tried to cancel, they wasted over an hour of my time forcing me to go through a list of questions and offers even though I made it very clear that I was not interested in hearing any offers or answering any questions and just wanted to cancel. I would not recommend this company with their unreliable service and unethical business practices to anyone.

I came in and waited for 15 mins for my name to be called although there was 7 workers and only 4 customers and someone jumped my line and took my place and they kept helping her although its my turn and I had to wait standing for like 10 minutes, looking at the workers, we had their hands-free and just looking at the customers then finally someone called me to help and the reason I came was to cancel the service because when I got the device, it didn’t work and I called them for troubleshoot and they said we will send somebody for 100$ to fix its which is messed up the thing was new and not activated COX is the worst honestly

Im leaving this review using my Cox mobile phone's data so it is extremely difficult to maintain a connection.
Our Internet has been out for over 12hrs and nobody will give us any helpful information. When I talked to the chat agent on the website they just tried to upsell me things that won't even work while the Internet is out.
Between the poor connectivity of their cell network, the frequent outages, and the customer service dead ends, I do not recommend using cox for anything if you can avoid it. Their cell phone signal is so weak we can't use talk or data inside of our house in an urban area.

The worst ISP ever. (And I have over 15 years of experience with them)
Dog sat at my friends house with Centurylink fiber and had 500mbs down and up. Back at my house with Cox “fiber” and I’m back to 100 mbs down and 15mps up.
Don’t forget the frequent packet loss and 15-30 minute outages several times a day. I complained to the FCC in 2024 and they sent out a couple trucks to “fix” the nodes that were overwhelmed because of construction but we are still here in 2025 with appalling service.
Customer service replies rotate from blaming you, blaming your equipment or turning off the support line when there’s an outage. Only when I reached out to the FCC did something happen. Arizona corporate commission could care less about the Centurylink/Cox duopoly in Phoenix.
Get Centurylink or Google fiber if you can. Cox will ruin your day.
