Is there a flaw with this store? Yes, the fact that its not open all the time and that there is not more of them. This place is amazing. Great inventory, fantastic customer support, incredible prices! This place is the best. AND THERE IS A DOG!

Great experience!! Customer service was outstanding. The representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and really listened to what I was looking for. She actually, changed my opinion on what I thought I wouldn't like, and ended up with a great pair of fashionable, comfortable, and beautiful pair of boots!!!
