I don’t normally post reviews (who has the time?). But Tyler (service mgr.) knocked my repair out of the park!! He got my extended warranty to cover $1000s in repairs (a rare feat!). He responded to my texts in minutes! Coordinated my rental (which he also got covered). Got my vehicle back in LESS time than estimated. AND, returned my rental. Seamless transaction! It’s hard to give dealerships favorable reviews but he earned mine. Presuming these repairs hold up, I’ll certainly be back to him if needed. Great work Coulter!

Very friendly, not pushy, my salesman Steve was great, he never complained about wandering around in the heat to help me find the right car. speedy process at the finance department with Jordan I even went back the next day to change my financing and she was very accommodating.
Overall a perfect experience.

First of all, the staff at Coulter were friendly and accommodating when I had trouble finding where to bring the car; additionally, the timeline I was given prior to bringing the car in was honored; and they even helped me get a rental. Ian Vue was my contact person. He was very positive and professional, and kept me updated on the process of my repairs, even contacting my warranty company! (The week before I had made an appointment with Henry Brown, only to be told after dropping the car off the night before, that they wouldn't get to diagnosing the car for seven days; they had no option for rental and couldn't care less that I was without my car. They were rude over the phone; interrupting and talking over me.) So Coulter was a pleasant surprise! And did I mention I got the car back a day early??? I would definitely recommend this dealership/service center... TOP NOTCH.

Both FTC and AZ state are charing the dealership for junk fees, and discriminatory practices. Google it. Avoid them.

I was inquiring on a truck and Mr Delshawn Steven's offer it at 115k, however I check your website and is at 107k when it's told him . He answered "thank you for not wanting to much time" he needs more training on customer service. If you buy a car from this dealership, make sure don't deal with him. Ask for Joey Dianda.
