costco is alway great. i always spend too much money at costco. but today one of the cashier make me very upset. His name is JACK!!!! i try to do separate transaction but he does not allow me to. i been to costco many time many locations never ever have this problem. I feel like he's racises because i am Asian. he would not explain why he won't let me do it or try to help or do subtotal each transactions for me so i can pay all in one card. he just ignore us. he doesn't have service mind. if he explain why would not allow me to do i would understand. Service is very important for customers. hopefully costco will train Jack with the new service mind.

Always love Costco and spend way too much money. I do wish all locations had more beverage choices (the Costco business center in Glendale has by far the most drink and snack options)

My adult son is mentally ill. I am his guardian. He has nutritional assistance through the state. Costco does not allow us to use his nutrition debit card because his last name doesn’t match the name on my partner’s Costco card. We live in the same household and can demonstrate this with state IDs but that’s not enough for these corporate stooges.

The wait for assistance was ridiculous! There were 2 people working the counter in the tire shop I was first inline while the 2 men assisted customers, now mind you I had been inline about 15 to 20 already! So one of the men gets done with his customer, and there are now 8 people standing behind me. Did he try to assist anymore customers, no he bolted into the garage. I've never seen customer service like this before in my life!

Julian and Nick helped us at the T-Mobile stand in Costco. They told my husband that he could trade in his broken phone for a new one (for no charge). It worked great! My husband is now enjoying his new phone. Thank you Julian and Nick for your excellent customer service.
