Beware warranty not honored. After the last 4 oil changes/rotations (40k miles over ~2yrs) we were told that one tire was bad. We would then go to Costco Tire (Tempe location) where we purchased tires to tell them what the service provider said about the tire. Until today Costco said the tire was fine. Now they say that the tire is bad and they will not honor the warranty (20k miles remain) due to it being an alignment issue. However, they could not validate that there is an alignment issue due to them not having the equipment to check alignment nor could they explain why it was a single tire that’s bad even though the tires are rotated with each oil change. Note: an alignment was last performed ~1yr ago. I recommend Costco but not their tire department.

Made a 10 an appt. for repair of tire. On a Sunday, no one else checked in. 75 mins later someone told me the car was ready but the front desk totally ignored me waiting and felt dismissed So disappointing! Usually great service

I called the tire shop department and a guy told me they wasn’t busy to come get a tire. The supervisor told me JUST TO CHANGE MY TIRE I HAVE TO LEAVE IT OVER NIGHT. I asked for a manager then he said are you a member here and I said no.
He said I CANT SERVICE YOU!!!!!!!
NO ONE TOLD ME YOU HAD TO BE A MEMBER JUST TO GET SERVED.
I would never become a MEMBER!

Took a ridiculous 2 hours to get a tire rotation. They don’t have a notification system in place so I had to constantly check to see if my car was finished. When I finally got my car back (had to go to the front desk to ask) I noticed they broke the keychain on my keys. Absolutely livid over the lack of care these guys have. I will pay for tire services at a different location to avoid this bullsh*t again. Certainly not aligned with the quality you associate Costco with.

I had a problem since beginning, I ask for Michelin defender 2 tires for my car gay set no problem they in stock, so I made an appointment. When I came hi ask if I bought the tires, because they not in stock. So I bought them made appointment it was so hot looks like they were short staffed. After two hours I asked what I am waiting for because it looked done . Beside tires has a dirt stain marks , I don’t know where they getting them from just hoping it won’t affect them since I paid lots of money. I think I will never came back even for free pain installation

I visited this location this past Sunday. I brought my vehicle in for a simple TPMS sensor replacement. They had told me that the spare sensor was bad, so I opted to replace it. Then, after some time, they came out to tell me that they could not reset the computer (on a 2007 Lexus) and the TPMS warning light would continue to light up my dash as I drove away. They suggested that I take the vehicle to the dealership. Keep in mind they had already spent almost 2 1/2 hours with the car, my options were to pay for the new sensor without the issue at hand being fixed, or wait for them to put the old "broken" one back on. I went for the faster solution, and took the car as it was. After going outside and getting in the car, a slew of NEW lights on the dash were lit up. Check engine light as well as an "Urgent: Hybrid System Failure" light. I brought this to the attention of the staff and manager specifically, but he stumbled on his words while trying to explain to me that it's not their fault. He gave me a claim form to fill out but based on the way he handled the situation I would be surprised if anyone actually calls me. Now my car is in the shop waiting to be diagnosed for issues that could be in the 4-5k range. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service here. I would keep your vehicles FAR away from this place.

Overall good experience. Good pricing on 4 new tires, delivered to the store within 2 days. Scheduled an appt for 4pm and was told when arriving they were about about 90min behind schedule. When I got the car back there was the wheel lube ALL OVER my tires, found out from the manager the next day this is not normal and unacceptable. gave me an excuse to wash her though.

Made an appointment. They got my car in an hour and a half after my appointment time. Called me and told me they can’t install the tires because they don’t know the torque specs for the lug nuts (Car is a 1965 mustang).Could have saved me 30$ in Ubers and 2 hours of my time by just telling me on the phone.Not happy.

Scheduled for tires rotation at 1PM and arrived before 1PM. At 2:05, front desk told me they didn’t start to work on it yet because 1-2PM is the waiting time. Is Costco charging the schedule policy or just????? It doesn’t make any sense for schedule one hour for waiting time. This is not my first time having tire rotation.

Appointment time was 145. I dropped car off at 135. Did my shopping, gave them an hour to repair 1 tire. At 3pm, they told me I needed to get all 4 of them replaced and they couldn't even repair the one I came in for in the first place. Took another 80mins for them to give car back to me. I literally watched 3 other cars enter and leave before mine.Two and a half hours for them to tell me they couldn't help me.

I made an appointment for a tire rotation and was given an estimate of 1 hr 15 minutes at Elliott Costco tireI even arrived 15 minutes early for appointment as indicated on website. Yet, it took over 2 hours. I am extremely disappointed for poor service. There was another customer who waited over 3 hours for tire replacement.
