Went to get some parts for my hearing aids but because I didn’t purchase them at Costco they said they didn’t supply parts to aides not from CostcoThey should say in their add that fact only for aides purchased at Costco

I picked up my second pair of hearing aids from Costco. First pair I had for 3 years. Loved them. And so very reasonable in price. The hearing aid specialist from the Costco in Gig Harbor WA was fabulous. We tweaked and adjusted until the hearing aids were perfect. Linda was always polite and professional. Travel in time 3 years later and I made my second purchase in Gilbert AZ. I purchased the pair recommended by the hearing aid specialist. Again that was Phonak. 3 months into the use of my second pair, I made an appt at the Costco in Chandler to have them slightly adjusted. Here is why the one star rating. Jeff Brown took me into the sound booth and asked me how he could help me. I told him I would like to see if I could have my new pair adjusted to the sound settings of my original pair since I could hear so well with them. He was short and rudely to the point. "We don't sell the phonac at this store and I don't have your program settings in the system. Wow. So the another hearing aid specialist was in the other sound booth helping my husband. My husband overheard the conversation I was having with mr. Brown and asked Caroline if she could help me. She was happy to assist. Somehow she was able to pull up my hearing settings, which was something Jeff Briwn said he couldn't do. She adjusted the settings and did it with no fuss and with ease. Thankyou Caroline. This little adjustment may be all I needed. Ending to this review is this. Costco is a fabulous place to buy hearing aids. Good quality, usually good service, and reasonable in price. I recommend them highly. JUST DON'T MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT with JEFF BROWN. He is a lazy pinhead and an outright prig!. Make your appointment with Caroline. You will be happy with Costco hearing aids and with Caroline. They need to fire Jeff Brown

Consumer Reports is right, you can't beat Costco for hearing tests;hearing device service, price and choice. All with a friendly no pressure atmosphere. Thanks Chrysta!
