The lady I. The resigtration is super difficult and rude and had discrimination to not sell me even tough I went to pick up from licensed Persian with her permission. She shutted down the phones for her to call for permission and she made it impossible to sell.

I went to Cosmoprof quite a few months ago for the first time, and I needed help creating an account so I asked the two girls working at the front desk for help, and they told me to just use the app and sent me outside. I couldn't figure it out on my own and got frustrated, so I went to Sally's. I decided to give Cosmoprof another chance two weeks ago, and the guy working at the front desk (I think his name was Mark or Marquise?) Was super helpful, helped me create an account, and and helped me find the colors I wanted. He was super great all around and super helpful, so I will be coming back when I need more color.

Yes I’m licensed but have a serious health condition currently. When I asked about a line that has been discontinued.. They had no information for me, and gave me no alternative. Leaving me wandering the aisles, not knowing what was comparable. I’m sad that the Broadway store in Tempe closed down, as it was a well lite bright store, and the staff was very knowledgeable. I didn’t have to struggle to see the product codes and prices there, as I now have to struggle at the store on Prirst. The store has such poor lighting, bring a pocket flashlight. I won’t be going back! This to me is very sad!

Me and my daughter came to this store to get her some hair products at 8am when we arrived the lady working was following us around the store the hole time on top of that after browsing she was like you can’t shop here if you don’t have a license to do hair she was very rude and racist this place didn’t even have any products for black people hair I would not recommend this place to anybody it makes you feel uncomfortable and discrimination and racial profiling poor customer service
