I stayed here for both business and pleasure, I had work I had to do and when I got off I went to a concert. The other reviews were right in which being close to the highway it was loud, really loud! So be warned if you're facing the other way. Maybe the other rooms faired better. Another thing was during my day stay, they were working on the room next to me and all I could hear were hammers and drills. Kind of disappointing because I was in meetings and all that stuff could be heard through. The area is not properly secured as the first thing I noticed walking to the doors was a smell of marijuana, a few people were smoking at the seats nearby and it sucked. The room was decent but smelled like raid and I was waiting for it to air out but smell did linger in the bathroom. Overall if you're just looking to stay some where it may be cheaper than others but I would look elsewhere if for extended stay.

I stayed here for 4 days on vacation. Got into the room and I was just amazed! The beds are SO comfy, they have a nice TV, a desk, and more
goodies. The A/C is COLD, which is good for Phoenix heat. Breakfast was good, they just needed a bit more options for me. But that’s all, It’s a really good place and the service is 5/5.
Rooms: Rooms are luxurious. Comfy beds, modernized room, and more.
Nearby activities: A lot of good fun places to visit, there’s Phoenix as a whole, etc
Food and drinks: You have vending machines downstairs, and in the morning you have free breakfast. There’s also many outside places within walking distance or driving ~2 miles.

Very run down except for the front desk area. Not clean rooms. Asked for a different one and the tub was half full of dripping water. Smelled like weed and felt unsafe especially with a child. Refused to refund us when we turned right back around and left. Do not stay here, there are MUCH better options!!!!

The clerks at this hotel are supreme . I enjoyed the conversation with Rich. It was during the heat of Phoenix . And there was little traffic in the hotel.
The breakfast was good, Lydia the cook was also friendly.
The service of the room was not at the top.
The gym had four machines. The weight set is old with slip of the chairs. It was still enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel

It was a nice stay. Location was perfect for what we came here to do. Didn't like that the bathroom didn't have a fan.

We loved this location for airport, zoo, Scottsdale access. But seriously, the vehicle noise??? Room 325 gets freeway and local highway vehicle noise real bad. It goes till like 4am. I'm not sure I've stayed anywhere with quite as much road noise. Very disappointed. Redeeming qualities are the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very functional (though a towel rack would be nice) and the ease of access to fun things like Zoo & Botanical Garden.

I suppose when you’re located across the street from a gentleman’s club you have to be suspicious of your guests. We had 5 rooms and were haggled at check in for additional information that wasn’t necessary. The rooms were nice but check in was rough.

Worst Customer Service I've ever had from choice.
I am a Choice Diamond Member. I stay in hotels all over the country almost weekly. I've never been treated so insignificant.
First their cleaning staff are thieves. One of my employees forgot their AirPods in the room. Instead of turning them in they stole them. We went back to get them and they were gone. We have the address pinged and showed the hotel staff and they didn't care to even check it out.
They are the only hotel to charge $100/room and even though I book under my corporate account 5 rooms/ 1 reservation they split them up and charge every room as it's own reservation, gave the excuse that the owner said they have a "special" system that makes them do that. Apparently the only one in the country.
When I needed to extend an additional night they said that was new reservations so they held another $500 even though they hadn't released the first $500.
DON'T GIVE THIS SPECIAL OWNER ANY OF YOUR MONEY.
He is obviously a money hungry punk that doesn't give a flip about customer service. Choice needs to look into this site and bring them up to speed on how to treat their customers in general but especially their corporate customers.

The hotel staff greeted me warmly and showed kindness throughout my stay. However, I had some worries about the cleanliness of the room. I noticed stains on the curtains and it seemed like the bedding hadn't been replaced. Despite this, the staff's friendliness and helpfulness truly stood out.
Walkability: Visitors can walk to a variety of shops .
Food and drinks: Multiple restaurants are easily accessible by car or walking.
Noteworthy details: The hotel delivers great customer service.

In desperate need of a rehab. The place didn't have central air in the hallways and the space ACs were mostly broken. Close to the airport but in no way was it worth the price for a room.
Also it advertised a free shuttle to the airport but in fact all they do is call you an Uber that you have to pay for. Disappointed in the faculty.

Clean average hotel.
Free Breakfast . Microwave eggs and bacon. Good a assortment of eagles and bread.
Nearby activities: Couple of sport bars 7 blocks away. Renteria electric scooter. 12 bucks. Mightvas well taken an Uber

Hotel has outdated credit card policy which required my husband to email a copy of our credit card to the hotel in order for me to check in (a prepaid room of all things!)
This resulted in an employee using this info to go on a little shopping spree.
Management has been condescending and rude. Employees steal credit card info. This is not a safe place at all.
Edited to add that this hotel has made zero attempts at apologizes or contact with us about this awful situation
