This Cobblestone has been my go-to for years. Took my 4Runner for a wash. It wasn't busy so the turnaround was fast. When called to retrieve my vehicle their were white spots on the hood that looked like dried soap. I questioned the attendant and he told me it's paint chips, that I need to take of my sunglasses to see. The spots wiped off easily but I commented that when you pay $30 to get a wash the car should be clean. He made some smart comment so I told him maybe I should speak to the manager. He said he was the dry and detail manager. I had planned to tip as I always do but put the money back in my pocket and told him I'll never return to this Cobblestone location. When I got in the truck the floor mat was askew and I told him they can't even get the mats straight. He then blamed the guys who vacuum the car. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Run from this Cobblestone if you want to be treated the way a customer should be treated.

There was no popcorn today, 7/19. I asked the cashier, she said she could make it, but would be 10 minutes. This is the main reason I love getting my car washed here and keep my membership. ?

Here we are, 7 months after my last poor review about moldy towels, and I just left the place and had to go ask for the restroom code at Starbucks just so I could wash my moldy hands again. I really hate having to bother people to get the restroom code. I can still smell disgusting mold in my car from those towels, and I'm off to go pick up my Uber passenger where they will have to smell it as well. Whoever is putting these towels out there either has no sense of smell or no sense of respect for the customer.

Came here stopped for gas and bought some things inside. And I wanted to get a refund on one item. The girl working there said she was new and didn’t know how to do refunds. So I had to come back in the morning and the girl working gave me a hard time as well over a dumb refund. None of the employees here have good customer service skills. This place sucks

I recently visited for an oil change and was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding their stock. They were allegedly (I bet they just tell people they're out) out of synthetic blend oil, but there was no sign outside the bays informing customers of this. As a result, I had no idea I’d have to spend nearly twice as much for full synthetic oil until I questioned the $100 charge. It felt like they were taking advantage of the situation, knowing most people wouldn’t back out once in the bay. A simple sign or a heads-up before starting would have made a big difference in my experience.

Great car wash. They do a good job. 35 bucks a month gets me full service.

Unattentive, distracted, and irresponsible are nicer words than what I really want to say. Took my car in for routine oil change. Shouldn't have taken an hour and a half to do an oil change and wash. I trusted them to change my oil. Instead, the tech neglected to put oil back in the car. As you can guess, my car was not happy and started making noise. I'm a female who knows a little about vehicles, and I knew I had to get some oil in my car before I blew my engine, especially since I drove a mile home without oil in the engine. Luckily there's an O'Reilly near my house. Thankful the store manager at O'Reilly went out of his way to check the oil gauge and put oil in. Paying $116 wasn't worth the chance of them ruining my car. I called to tell them what happened, but the manager informed me that they would have to review the camera footage and that the general manager would contact me. Waited all day and never received the call. I WILL get them to reverse the charge, this is not good business practice. O'Reilly sir manager putting oil in for me, he's my witness.

Unfortunately after years of going to this location I'm not sure if it's worth buying the coupon books any longer. Unfortunately I just bought more last month but the service has diminished. After waiting 50 minutes I had to ask if my truck was done and get on to find the nothing inside was wiped down. If I didn't have to be somewhere I would complained in person.
Gotta find reasons to just not toss the $130 coupons and go elsewhere.

Scanners don’t work for members, and no one comes out to help you. One visit had to wait 10 minutes for someone just to come help since it didn’t work. The next visit I just left since multiple people looked and didn’t come over.

I used this place a few times and usually just get the cheap wash. This time I got the Diamond touch and I was told it only takes 20 minutes longer than the regular wash.
Wrong, I was there for an hour and ten minutes. I was kind of disappointed in the wait time but the job they did was fantastic!!!
I will continue to come back, thanks guys.

Came in today for an oil change and exterior detail. The staff were nice enough, but everything seemed disconnected.
I tried calling in to get estimates for the services, but they said I had to come in to get the quote. Came in, was told that I didn't qualify for the oil change discount (as my monthly subscription wasn't the right one). The car wash rep then corrected them and applied a discount (based on my time enrolled in the subscription wash plan? I wasn't really clear as to what the discount was).
Ended up getting quotes for an oil change, exterior detail, and wash (apparently, my wash level on my subscription wasn't good enough). Pulled around to the oil change and was quoted the wrong price. Again it was corrected and I left to go pay for the rest (the oil change is a separate bill from the wash, I guess?). Was again quoted a different price as when i was originally quoted, and had to have it adjusted again.
Got my car, and there was quite a bit of wax left in the crevasses. A little upsetting considering the cost.
I came here because I have a monthly wash subscription and wanted to get these things done in one stop. It felt that everything was compartmentalized and didn't feel like a one stop trip.
