Disappointed lately. I have been paying for the $35/mo unlimited pass for probably four years and typically get my car washed at least once a week. I always request the New Car Smell air freshener. Generally I have been satisfied. However, four out of the past five times, I have not received any air freshener until I came back to the crew and pointed that out.Last week I mentioned that as I was being checked in and asked how can I ensure that I get my requested smelly squirt. The guy was great and showed me how he can add it in TWO places on the work request, including adding “HEAVY SPRAY”. This was accomplished.When I picked up my car today, mine was only one of two cars in the bay, both were finished and the employees were waiting. So, not frantically busy trying to process many cars. Alas, no air freshener. I pointed that out and received my requisite squirt.When I mentioned this issue at check-in today, the guy told me to just let them know it was missed. OK, not a life-or-death issue, but if I’m paying for that, it’s added to my work order and still gets missed (more often than not), something isn’t working. And it’s my job to pay, not to act as Quality Control. Ironically, the first three times it was missed, the ACTUAL Quality Control guy was working on my vehicle. ??♂️In summation: I don’t know what has changed recently that this piece keeps getting missed, but it would be great if it could be resolved (checks and cross-checks?) so I can simply request the desired services and have them delivered as expected and paid.I have some experience in leading teams in root cause problem-solving and would be happy to avail myself, if needed.Thanks,Underwhelmed CustomerServices: Vacuuming

BEWARE: Before signing up for a membership, you should know they took away employees' and managers' ability to cancel memberships or issue refunds (to make it more difficult to cancel or get your money back, they blamed it on the employees for issuing too many refunds, good ole corporations). I had been using cobblestone for a few months without issues, but when I moved and canceled my membership online. It gave me the confirmation screen, but 3 weeks later I was billed again for another month. I went into 3 different locations and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. They gave me the customer service number, but it's just directions to cancel online. They gave me corporate's number, but after calling them on five different days and leaving multiple messages with no response, I gave up. They claim they will call you back within 3 business days, which seems like a long time for a 60 second customer service call, but they don't even do that). I went back to the store and the employee told me she must be busy (because there is...only one person handling all of cobblestone's membership issues). They told me to keep trying to call and that was that. There are a lot of good carwashes in the valley that will help you in person when you have issues. I would recommend choosing a different place, based on my experience.

Everyone was extremely competent and polite. I returned today and Ryan filled my tires which were low with air for free and Kevin installed my cabin filter bought from Walmart since Cobblestone was out of my types of filters. Very impressed!!Service: Auto detailing

It's hard to find a great car ? wash and I forgot about this location as it was my favorite go to spot and tried other places not the same service. They did a great job and very friendly and and quality control staff to ensure your car is good to go and clean, go unlimited best way to keep your ? wheels clean?I will be returning back to my spot??

Took a a company truck over for a Complete Interior cleaning for $299.00 and it came back with garbage still in it. Spoke with the GM, Tyler, who asked me what I meant by there was garbage in it, and I explained that the truck still had trash left it after the service had been completed. He then told me "whoever walked it said it was fine" which is not the case because the same individual sent me these pictures of garbage still being in the truck. Will not be returning to this location with such terrible attitudes and lack of providing what is paid for the first time.

I have a membership/prepaid for washes. About a year or so ago they decided to raise prices for the overhead water swisher, stating it only comes with the higher priced wash. OK so I get the higher priced prepaid washes. Now the Ray rd manager is telling me ooooh its not included in that wash, gotta bump up AGAIN. NO THANKS! For what 5 cents of water. Bait and switch. You really think people wont notice that type of BS? Oh don't forget the soap being left behind to cook into the paint because they're not using enough water to rinse. I could go on ENDLESSLY but I'll be nice.

This carwash damaged my cars front bumper and headlights do to neglect of employees. There was a 3 car pile up in the tunnel. The car in the front did not have a driver and was supposed to be picked up by an employee at the front of the tunnel. No one was there to pick up car at front, so car (number 2) was pushed into car (number 1 ) by the machine and then my car (number 3) pushed into car (number 2). They let car number 1 drive off without telling the owner they damaged they're car. Owner of car (number 2) and myself both where shocked about this companies lack of morals.They refused to provide insurance information, and insisted that they would repair all damages to my vehicle. That was a bold face lie they bought me a new bumper and refused to fix my headlights claiming my car had previous damage. My insurance company did and inspection and determined that damage to my headlights where caused by the incident. Now I have to sue this company for damages to my car which is a huge inconvenience. Be careful taking your car to this company.

Kenneth K took care of us today for our oil and filter change. He was amazing and was able to educate us on the various services needed and what they do. Was not pushy at all and I feel we left knowing way more than we did coming in. 10/10 experience and will be coming back.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I took my car in for a routine wash, and was looking to purchase a package deal. The attendant on duty explained that it would be more beneficial to purchase a basic wash and follow it up with the $199.00 wax. Lets just say that I fell for that bait and switch. I would not be so upset if it weren't for the fact that two weeks later that I am still trying to clean wax off and out of my trim, door jams, hood, gas tank, etc. For those which this service is offered to, I suggest that you do unlike me and politely decline.

Bait and switch+ scare tactics = former customer. A few months ago Cobblestone offered a buy one get one free offer for oil change. With the price of oil I thought this was strange but ok this is a good deal. My son brings his car back three months later and they don’t offer non-synthetic blends any longer and they wanted to charge the difference which is $47. So I drove to the store. When I questioned this they stated that my car is supposed to use synthetic anyways. Well my owners manual states “you may also use synthetic oil if it is labeled with the API Certification Seal”. What I don’t like is they saw a 17 year bring his car in and they would of taken advantage of the situation. What they did do is give me a learning experience with my son.

This morning I brought in our 2013 Raptor for a buff and wax detailing per my husband's request. John Rittenour... checked me in and walked me through all the options available. Thank you for your patience John, you deserve 5 stars! :)James Bailey worked on the truck for almost 3 hours and he deserves 10 stars! What an amazing job he did. Made it look practically brand new. James showed so much passion in his work. I would absolutely recommend the Priest & Ray location. p.s. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Started coming to this location because it’s the closer option. Very Poor service, the guys do not know how to drive the cars. Left my antenna on and had to stop the tracks to take it off. In the process, the window was somehow rolled down and they let my truck, brand new truck by the way, go through with the window down. Didn’t realize till I got in my truck to leave. The passenger seat was soaked enough to wet my clothes. Water spots all over.And to top it off, as I was walking to get in my truck, the car behind my truck jumped forward, almost hitting me, with no one inside because the car that the attendant left next in line was not left in park and rear ended the car. ( customers very upset)The guy who drove it through wanted to get loud with my husband because he was inquiring on who drive it through to ask him what happened.Manager was worthless, Wanted to refund us for a wash, which we’ve had a membership for ten years, so not what we were interested in. Not even close to having to replace a seat for a 2023.Canceled our membership and will be sending our cars to a real detail shop.This has been by far the worst experience ever.
