I have had the best experience at Cobblestone on Ray! Fast and professional. I had an issue recently with an oil change (a screw wasn't bolted in properly): Laura sent someone to my house immediately to fix it and I was on my way. Definitely recommend!

Went in for an oil change and had a terrible experience. First, I’ve never had an oil change take longer than an hour, but I was there for 2 and a half hours, which happened to be an issue that day. There was only 1 mechanic to work on all cars in there, severely understaffed. On top of that, I paid about $70 more than I pay for oil changes literally anywhere else. And then, finally, I wasn’t asked if I wanted my car washed, they just decided to run it through, which meant I was waiting even longer, and they barely cleaned my car. I tried to contact customer service multiple times and they haven’t done anything. Don’t bother going to cobblestone, look elsewhere.

Laura at Cobblestone on Priest Drive is a great mechanic who knows her way around an engine. She was patient with my questions and didn't upcharge me or sell me services that I didn't need. I highly recommend Cobblestone for your car service needs

The only place I go to change my oil or wash my car. Good people and better services. Lana got us in and out on our last visit with no issues and only offered what I needed.
